  • Publication number: 20200372678
Abstract: An eye tracking system can include an eye-tracking camera configured to obtain images of the eye at different exposure times or different frame rates. For example, longer exposure images of the eye taken at a longer exposure time can show iris or pupil features, and shorter exposure, glint images can show peaks of glints reflected from the cornea. The shorter exposure glint images may be taken at a higher frame rate (than the longer exposure images) for accurate gaze prediction. The shorter exposure glint images can be analyzed to provide glint locations to subpixel accuracy. The longer exposure images can be analyzed for pupil center or center of rotation. The eye tracking system can predict future gaze direction, which can be used for foveated rendering by a wearable display system. In some instances, the eye-tracking system may estimate the location of a partially or totally occluded glint.

  • Patent number: 10846300
Abstract: A computer-based investigative analysis system is disclosed in which a user can share results of an investigation with other users in a way that allows the sharing user to visualize how the results will be shared before they are shared. The results are shared in the form of a visual graph having nodes, edges, and other presentation elements. The nodes represent data objects that are the subject of the investigation and the edges represent connections between the data objects. The graph is shared in the form of an automatically generated redacted graph omitting nodes, edges, and presentation elements for which the other users do not have permission to view. Before sharing the graph, the sharing user is presented with a visualization of the automatically generated redacted graph providing the user an opportunity to confirm that sharing the redacted graph will not constitute an unauthorized information leakage.

  • Patent number: 10846524
Abstract: A table layout determination system implemented on a computing device obtains an image of a table having multiple cells. The table layout determination system includes a row prediction machine learning system that generates, for each of multiple rows of pixels in the image of the table, a probability of the row being a row separator, and a column prediction machine learning system generates, for each of multiple columns of pixels in the image of the table, a probability of the column being a column separator. An inference system uses these probabilities of the rows being row separators and the columns being column separators to identify the row separators and column separators for the table. These row separators and column separators are the layout of the table.

  • Patent number: 10813517
Abstract: An autonomous cleaning apparatus includes a chassis, a drive system disposed on the chassis and operable to enable movement of the cleaning apparatus, and a controller in communication with the drive system. The controller includes a processor operable to control the drive system to steer movement of the cleaning apparatus. The autonomous cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning head system disposed on the chassis and a sensor system in communication with the controller. The sensor system includes a debris sensor for generating a debris signal, a bump sensor for generating a bump signal, and an obstacle following sensor disposed on a side of the autonomous cleaning apparatus for generating an obstacle signal. The processor executes a prioritized arbitration scheme to identify and implement one or more dominant behavioral modes based upon at least one signal received from the sensor system.

  • Publication number: 20200330357
Abstract: Topical delivery systems are described. The topical delivery systems include at least one skin care active and nanocellulose in a cosmetic composition. It has been surprisingly found that the presence of nanocellulose in a cosmetic composition enhances or regulates the penetration of skin care actives. The present application further describes a cosmetic composition comprising a skin care active and nanocellulose and use thereof.
