  • Patent number: 7508067
Abstract: A semiconductor insulation structure is disclosed for a semiconductor module, incorporating therein a semiconductor element, with which an electrically conductive structural body is held in pressured contact via an intervening insulation member. The semiconductor insulation structure includes a deformation preventing structure to avoid the insulation member from deforming when applied with load thereto. In one aspect, the deformation preventing structure includes a deformation resistant abutment surface, formed on the semiconductor module, and a readily deforming abutment surface formed on the electrically conductive structural body. In another aspect, the deformation preventing structure includes a reinforcement formed on a cooler and held in contact with the insulation member in an area placed in opposition to an outer circumferential periphery of the semiconductor module.

  • Publication number: 20080211686
Abstract: To provide a message image display device enabling a user to grasp a content of each message image when a plurality of message images are displayed. A display control unit (76) causes a display unit (82) to display a screen including a plurality of message images. A remaining-time-information storage unit (74) stores remaining time information corresponding to each of the message images. A judging unit (78) judges whether display of at least a part of the message image is limited by one or more other message images. A remaining-time-information updating unit (80) updates the remaining time information according to the judgment result made by the judging unit (78). The display control unit (76) limits display of each of the plurality of message images according to the remaining time information stored corresponding to the message image.

  • Publication number: 20080157779
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to easily detect a short circuit failure in a current collector of a prismatic battery and prevent a short circuit caused by an existence of a burr generated while cutting or a spatter generated while welding the current collector to an electrode plate. A battery unit is housed in a metallic battery case. In the battery unit, current collectors having bent portions on both sides are fixed to face surfaces of an electrode plate group of a prismatic battery. The portions of the battery case, which correspond to the bent portions, are pressed in a thickness direction. Under the pressure, a short circuit inspection for a short circuit between the battery case and the current collectors of the battery unit is executed. When a projected object exists on the bent portion, a short circuit is generated between the battery case and the current collector by pressing so that a short circuit failure caused by a shape of the current collector can be detected.

  • Patent number: 7255597
Abstract: The case main body is saliently provided with an attachment bracket 65 having a screw hole 69a and the attachment bracket 65 is provided with a slit 69b communicated with the screw hole 69a and extending to the radial direction outwardly. When the wiring harness guided out from the case main body is pulled or twisted at the time of recovery of the case main body, the axial portion of a securing bolt expands the slit 69b and escapes from the slit 69b so that the attachment bracket 65 detaches from the securing bolt. A taper portion 69d is formed at the entrance side of slit 69b for guiding the penetration of the securing bolt. The slit 69b is positioned before an edge portion 69c of the attachment bracket 65.

  • Patent number: 7255381
Abstract: A hook comprises a pair of hook bodies, a pair of hook portions, a movable pressing portion, an operating portion and a link unit. The hook bodies are formed of two plates disposed apart from each other, respectively. The hook portions are integrally fixed to lower ends of the hook bodies, respectively. The movable pressing portion is rotatably supported between the hook portions. The operating portion is subject to a tension load of a hoist. The link unit has one end rotatably connected to the movable pressing portion and another end rotatably connected to the operating portion. When the operating portion is pulled upward, the movable pressing portion presses a wire harness, which is hooked to the hook portion, against the hook portion.

  • Patent number: 7242582
Abstract: A semiconductor module has metallic radiator plates provided at central regions of principal surfaces of a sealing resin so as to expose from these principal surfaces. The metallic radiator plates and the principal surfaces of the sealing resin are bonded via grease gaps to heat receiving members. The grease gaps are widened in outer regions far from the metallic radiator plates compared with inner regions adjacent to the metallic radiator plates, to prevent external air from entering into the grease gaps even when the semiconductor module causes repetitive thermal expansions and contractions.

  • Patent number: 7019215
Abstract: A wiring harness clamp is provided with a main body, a locking projection projected from the main body, and a pair of resilient latch arms extended from both sides of a top surface of the locking projection directed to the main body. Each of the resilient latch arm includes a latch portion including a guiding bevel at the distal end thereof. When the locking projection is inserted to a mounting hole of a panel, the latch portions are engaged with a peripheral border of the mounting hole. When the main body is pulled up so that the guiding bevel abuts the peripheral border, the resilient latch arms are elastically bent so as to cancel the engagement.

  • Patent number: 6969276
Abstract: A metal terminal has a terminal body having a crimp part crimped to a wire and a fastening part connected to the terminal body through breaking parts. The fastening part has a through-hole for passage of a bolt. The metal terminal further includes a co-fastening part formed in the terminal body. The tip side of the co-fastening part is fastened to a vehicle body by the bolt, together with the fastening part. When detaching the terminal body from the vehicle body, one side of the one terminal body is pulled up in a direction opposite to the fastening direction of the bolt under condition that the fastening part and the co-fastening part are together fastened by the bolt. Consequently, the co-fastening part is released from its fastened condition and a breaking force is applied on the breaking parts.
