  • Publication number: 20020164886
Abstract: According to the present invention, there is provided a method for processing a coating film comprising the steps of forming a silica group coating film having a low dielectric constant on a substrate, conducting an etching process to the silica group coating film through a photoresist pattern, processing the silica group coating film with plasma induced from helium gas. With this, it is possible to prevent the silica group coating film from being damaged when a wet stripping process is conducted to the photoresist pattern as a subsequent process, and to maintain the low dielectric constant of the coating film.

  • Patent number: 6474384
Abstract: A heavy duty pneumatic radial tire comprises a radial carcass, a belt and a tread, wherein the belt is comprised of four or more belt layers, cords of adjacent two belt layers among these layers are crossed with each other with respect to an equatorial plane of the tire. In this tire, when a main cross belt is constituted with a widest-width belt layer and a wider-width belt layer in two belt layers adjacent to the widest-width belt layer, an inclination angle of cords in a neighboring narrower-width belt layer arranged at an outside of the main cross belt in the radial direction and adjacent thereto with respect to an equatorial plane of the tire is made larger than an inclination angle of cords in a belt layer arranged outward in the radial direction among the widest-width and wider-width belt layers.

  • Publication number: 20010027929
Abstract: A damper continuous feeding body having a plurality of punched out dampers, each of which is constituted by a viscoelastic body and a restraint body which are laminated on each other, wherein surfaces of the viscoelastic bodies are pasted on a release surface of a continuous liner so that the plurality of dampers are arranged at a predetermined pitch. The damper continuous feeding body allows dampers to be pasted by an automatic machine so as to improve the accuracy of the pasted positions of the dampers and to enhance the efficiency in pasting, and further whereby the dampers can be prevented from being exposed to contamination.

  • Patent number: 6234783
Abstract: An improved injection molding nozzle shows a high hardness and is chemically stable so that the inner surface thereof is not corroded nor the gas or the fluid forced to penetrate into the gap between the injection molding nozzle and the valve pin seize the valve pin regardless of the temperature and the pressure of the material to be injected. Additionally, the valve pin is not pliable and does not give rise to a collapse on the part of the valve pin. The injection molding nozzle to be used for resin and molten metal is characterized in that it is made of a ceramic material and at least part of the outer periphery is covered with metal.

  • Patent number: 6214104
Abstract: A substrate onto which a coating solution is dropped is rotated at a low speed in a first rotational mode and then after an interval of time at a high speed in a second rotational mode. At the end of the first rotational mode, the coating solution is coated to a thickness larger than a given thickness on irregularities on the substrate such as twin patterns and a global pattern, with the coating solution being coated to a thickness smaller than the given thickness between the twin patterns. Subsequently, at the start of the second rotational mode, the coating solution coated on the twin patterns and the global pattern flows into spaces between these patterns. At the end of the second rotational mode, the thickness of the coating solution on the twin patterns is almost nil, and the thickness of the coating solution on the global pattern is small in its entirety though it is somewhat large in the central area of the global pattern.

  • Patent number: 5896751
Abstract: An air conditioner having an improved humidifying portion to humidify air in a room is provided. The humidifying portion includes a humidifying member having hygroscopicity and gas permeability, a first air flow passage for taking in air from the outdoors, passing the air through the humidifying member, allowing the humidifying member to absorb moisture included in the air for drying, and letting out the air outdoors, and a second air flow passage for taking in air from the room, passing the air through the humidifying member while heating the air, allowing the moisture absorbed by the humidifying member to evaporate and humidify the air and letting out the air into the room. Thus, only a single air intake opening for humidifying indoor air is necessary on the indoor side, the structure of the air conditioner can be simplified and compact, which makes easier the attachment.

  • Patent number: 5179450
Abstract: A video signal processing apparatus and method are provided in which time base errors in the luminance and color signals of a video signal reproduced from a recording medium are compensated. Time base errors in the luminance signal are reduced by storing the luminance signal in a first memory in response to a write clock singal synchronized with the video signal and subsequently reading the luminance signal from the memory in response to a first read clock signal synchronized with a stable clock signal. Time base errors in the color signal are reduced by writing the color signal in a second memory in response to the write clock signal and subsequently reading the color signal from the second memory in response to a second read clock signal synchronized with the stable clock signal such that corresponding portions of the luminance signal and the color signal are read from the first and second memories at different respective times with a predetermined time difference therebetween.
