    Abstract: A method for optimizing a process of displaying video streams with specified event receives video streams. The video streams are sequenced based on a specified arrangement role to from a video stream queue. By analyzing each video streams, whether each video stream includes a specified event is determined. If each video stream without the specified event, the video streams are outputted based on the video stream queue. If the video stream includes the specified event, the video stream with the specified event is adjusted to be priority in the video stream queue, and the video streams are outputted based on the updated video stream queue. The video streams with the specified event can be prioritized processed and focus. A video stream processing apparatus and a computer readable storage medium applying the method are also provided.

A first passivation layer, a first planarization layer, and a second passivation layer may be formed over the cathode. The first and second passivation layers may be formed from inorganic material. A second planarization layer may be formed over the second passivation layer between the second passivation layer and a polarizer. The second planarization layer may planarize the polarizer at the edges of the active area of the display where the polarizer would otherwise have a steep taper. Planarizing the polarizer in this way mitigates undesirable secondary reflections off of the polarizer. The first and second planarization layers may be formed from organic material.

A content of each of the direct-identifiers is replaced by a pseudonym. The quasi-identifiers are classified, via a group-by algorithm with k-anonymity, as a plurality of equivalence classes. The activities corresponding to each of the direct-identifiers are linked according to the timestamps to obtain a plurality of event sequences. A similarity hierarchy tree is obtained according to a plurality of edit distances among the event sequences. The event sequences are grouped according to the similarity hierarchy tree with k-anonymity to obtain at least one group. The event sequences which are in the group are generalized.
