  • Patent number: 11325163
Abstract: Systems and methods for sorting utilizing an inflatable actuator are disclosed. A sorting system utilizing an inflatable actuator includes an inflatable actuator. The inflatable actuator is disposed in a cantilever beam orientation atop a support surface. The system includes an inflation component coupled to the inflatable actuator to provide an inflation force. Additionally, the system includes a control component configured to send an activation signal to the inflation component responsive to a detection of an object to be sorted. Responsive to the activation signal, the inflation component inflates the inflatable actuator to cause the inflatable actuator to make contact with the object to be sorted. The contact of the inflatable actuator with the object to be sorted causes the object to change from a first trajectory to a second trajectory.

  • Publication number: 20210373154
Abstract: The present disclosure describes ultrasound systems configured to enhance flow imaging and analysis by adaptively adjusting one or more imaging parameters in response to acquired flow measurements. Example systems can include an ultrasound transducer and one or more processors. Using the system components, mean flow velocity magnitude and acceleration can be determined within a target region during an acquisition phase, which may include a cardiac cycle. One or more adjusted flow imaging parameters, such as adjusted ensemble length, temporal smoothing filter length and/or step size, can be determined based on the acquired flow measurements to increase the signal quality of newly acquired ultrasound echo signals. The adjusted flow imaging parameters can then be applied by the ultrasound transducer during a second acquisition phase.

  • Publication number: 20200387541
Abstract: Interaction output over a local computer-readable medium (CRM) generated based on user interaction with rendered content input representing a virtualized asset being is received at a virtualized asset local provisioning server. A manner to exploit the virtualized asset is determined from interaction output. The virtualized asset is exploited based on the determined manner to exploit the virtualized asset. A request for a portion of the virtualized asset generated in response to the exploiting the virtualized asset is intercepted. If it is determined that the portion of the virtualized asset is absent from the local storage, a request for the portion of the virtualized asset is sent to a virtualized asset delivery system over a non-local CRM; the portion of the virtualized asset retrieved by the virtualized asset delivery system is received over the non-local CRM; and the received portion of the virtualized asset is used in exploiting the virtualized asset.
