A rule engine, which executes the rules, may be called reactively when software accesses protected resources. The engine uses a combination of embedded and configurable rules. It may be desirable to assign and manage rules per process, per resource (e.g. file, registry, etc.), and per user. Access rules may be altitude-specific access rules.

Abstract: A multistatic array topology and image reconstruction process for fast 3D near field microwave imaging are presented. Together, the techniques allow for hardware efficient realization of an electrically large aperture and video-rate image reconstruction. The array topology samples the scene on a regular grid of phase centers, using a tiling of multistatic arrays. Following a multistatic-to-monostatic correction, the sampled data can then be processed with the well-known and highly efficient monostatic Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) imaging algorithm. In this work, the approach is described and validated experimentally with the formation of high quality microwave images. The scheme is more than two orders of magnitude more computationally efficient than the backprojection method. In fact, it is so efficient that a cluster of four commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) graphical processing units (GPUs) can render a 3D image of a human-sized scene in 0.048-0.101 seconds.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes receiving a request to initialize a storage device, identifying a size of the storage device to be initialized, determining a size of a table of contents and a location for the table of contents within the storage device, based on the identified size of the storage device to be initialized, determining a type of the table of contents; and initializing the storage device, utilizing the determined size of the table of contents, the determined location for the table of contents, and the determined type of the table of contents.

Abstract: An example computer implemented method to automatically download and install a second application can include a first application detecting that a condition has occurred. This first application can be preinstalled by the original equipment manufacturer. The first application can then present an interface for signing in to or signing up for a service. The first application can then download and install the second application. This downloading and installation can occur in the background without requiring user interaction. The second application can be a client application for the service and the first application can pass a token with login credentials to the second application. This can allow the second application to be authenticated with the service without requiring a user to reenter the user's credentials.

The device also includes a plunger arm that extends from the hinge portion to form a cantilever wherein the plunger arm includes a first surface and a sloped surface. The plunger arm is moveable between an initial position wherein the plunger arm does not activate the first and second switches located in the housing and a deflected position wherein the first and sloped surfaces simultaneously contact the first and second switches, respectively, thereby activating the first and second switches. The plunger arm also includes a plunger portion that is oriented transverse to the plunger arm. A mating surface is formed on the plunger portion that mates with a mating surface of a circuit breaker operating mechanism. Further, the housing, hinge portion, plunger arm, and plunger portion are integrally formed.

The method also includes establishing a communication channel with the first communication device. The method also includes operating the processor simultaneously in the first mode and the second mode by operating the processor in the second mode with respect to the first communication device and operating the processor in the first mode with respect to other devices of the set of communication devices.

The system provides instruction according to different contexts of a user's interaction on their device. The instructions to the user may be in near-real time to the interaction or sometime after the interaction.

The first mold carrier may be pivotably coupled to the fixed structure; the second mold carrier may be slidably and rotatably coupled to the first mold carrier. A third mold carrier may be provided, and the second mold carrier may be located between the first and third mold carriers. An articulation mechanism may be provided to control relative motion of the second mold carrier relative to the first mold carrier as the first mold carrier pivots relative to the fixed structure. A method for molding articles is also provided.

The embedded instructions may include instructions for using the data to generate formatted markup information for display on the computing device. The embedded instructions are then executed on the data to thereby generate formatted markup information for display on the computing device.

Abstract: A device simulation system performs a set of tests by applying, for each test in the set, a corresponding test stimulus to a simulation of the electronic device. In response to each test stimulus, the simulation generates corresponding output information which the device simulation system compares to a specified expected outcome to identify a test result for that test stimulus. In addition, for each test stimulus, the device simulation system generates test coverage information indicating the particular configuration of the simulated electronic device that resulted from the stimulus. The device simulation system correlates the coverage information with the test results to identify correlation rules that indicate potential relationships between test results and configurations of the simulated device.

Abstract: A source-synchronous communication system in which a first integrated circuit (IC) conveys a data signal and concomitant strobe signal to a second IC. One or both ICs support hysteresis for the strobe channel that allows the second IC to distinguish between strobe preambles and noise, and thus prevent the false triggering of data capture. Hysteresis may also be employed to quickly settle the strobe channel to an inactive level after receipt of a strobe postamble.
