    Abstract: A towel wrap for the head of a person whose hair is wet comprising a pouch made of a towel-type fabric, the pouch consisting of a generally rectangular piece of fabric having a horizontal bottom edge approximately four feet in length, a top edge spaced above the bottom edge and including a pair of curved flaps, a pair of spaced vertical side edges connecting from the top edge to the bottom edge to form the generally rectangular piece, the flaps having peaks which are about two feet from the bottom edge and the top edge having a center portion which is about 15 inches from the bottom edge, the bottom edge having a portion about two inches wide which is folded over and stitched back on to the fabric so as to provide a two inch wide belt which extends horizontally between the two side edges, the fabric piece being folded along a vertical center line extending from the center portion of the top edge to the bottom edge, a first piece of adhesive material attached to the belt to one side of the vertical center line

    Abstract: A garment to be worn by an adult for carrying an infant comprising a tubular carrier portion adapted to encircle the adult wearer from the shoulders to the waist with armholes being provided along sides of the garment to create a hands-free feature of the garment, a drawstring connected along the bottom of the garment to permit the garment to be pulled tight against the waist of the wearer, a second drawstring connected along the top edge of the garment, the rear portion of the garment being gathered, folded and vertically stitched to create a shorter vertical dimension of the garment in the rear as compared with the front, the front portion of the garment constituting a pouch in which a baby can rest, the top drawstring being adjustable for the comfort and safety of the baby.

    Abstract: A utility pad for infants and toddlers which includes a flexible, rectangular fabric tube filled with a resilient, flexible material and extending peripherally around an interior space. The tube carries a plurality of cooperating engaging elements on one side thereof positioned so that the tube can be folded double into a U-shape and there retained by registering, interengaging ones of said engaging elements disposed at the superimposed opposite ends of the tube doubled into a U-shape. Carrying straps extend outwardly from opposite sides of the tube. A flat sheet is detachably secured across the bottom of the tube to close the space surrounded by the tube and form a sleeping surface for an infant.

    Abstract: A body restraint device for restraining the body of a person from sliding from an upright sitting position to a slumping position or a position out of the chair or seat upon which it is desired to retain the body of the person. The body restraint device is of generally T-shaped configuration and includes a crotch portion which is joined to the center of an elongated waistband portion. The waistband portion includes a pair of opposed waistband wings which carry interlocking loop and hook portions of an interlocking fastening material. The part of the crotch portion which is most distally located with respect to the waistband carries a plurality of slots which are adapted to receive therethrough the waistband wings to permit the restraint device to be wrapped around the abdomen and hips of the person whose body is to be restrained.

    Abstract: A body restraint device which includes a pair of elongated fabric waistband wings joined end-to-end to form a waistband and carrying securement elements at the free end of each of the wings. A trapezoidally-shaped fabric crotch portion is joined to the waistband at its center so that the trapezoidally-shaped crotch portion and the waistband wings collectively form a generally T-shaped fabric restraint panel. At the opposied corners of the trapezoidally-shaped crotch portion adjacent the side of the crotch portion which is spaced from, and extends parallel to, the longitudinal axis of the elongated wing portions, the crotch portion carries a pair of securing elements.
