  • Publication number: 20210043347
Abstract: A programmable permanent magnet actuator, a magnetic field generation apparatus and a method of controlling thereof. The actuator has a first body that is a ferromagnetic material, a second body that is a single magnetized ferromagnet and a magnetic field generation device associable to the second body to generate a magnetic field in proximity with the second body. The actuator also has a controller adapted to control the magnetic field generation device to generate a controlled magnetic field. The controlled magnetic field is adapted to modify a magnetization of the second body such as to produce with the second body a required magnetic field to move one of the first or the second body with respect to one another according to a desired position or a desired torque. The desired position or the desired torque is maintained even after the application of the controlled magnetic field.

  • Publication number: 20210003308
Abstract: A system and method for managing all of the HVAC components of a building so they operate like one optimized ecosystem. The system and method optimize HVAC operations by predicting HVAC requirements based historical data, weather forecasts and/or occupancy rates. Historical data includes data obtained from an observation phase in which sensor data is collected from the building and used to train the algorithms utilized in the system and method and thereby providing for a more accurate prediction of HVAC requirements. In some embodiments, the systems and methods are configured to predict future required operational parameters using an artificial intelligence engine trained using historical data from the HVAC components.

  • Patent number: 10770176
Abstract: A system and method for identifying relationships and correlations between community healthcare attributes includes automatically displays relationships between selected community health measures. A correlation tool automatically computes correlations between a selected main measure and each other measures in a set of community health measures for selected communities. The correlation tool automatically displays a ranked list of the other community health measures based on their correlation to the selected main measure. A relationship tool automatically computes correlations between selected measures in the set of community health measures for selected communities. The relationship tool displays a correlation graph indicating values of the selected measures for each of a selected set of communities.
