Abstract: A capacitor has a tantalum oxynitride film. One method for making the film comprises forming a bottom plate electrode and then forming a tantalum oxide film on the bottom plate electrode. Nitrogen is introduced to form a tantalum oxynitride film. A top plate electrode is formed on the tantalum oxynitride film. Embodiments include a method of operating an antifuse, comprising applying a voltage across electrodes of a capacitor having a tantalum oxynitride film and forming a hole in the tantalum oxynitride film.

Abstract: In one aspect, the invention includes a method of forming a gated semiconductor assembly, comprising: a) forming a silicon nitride layer over and against a floating gate; and b) forming a control gate over the silicon nitride layer. In another aspect, the invention includes a method of forming a gated semiconductor assembly, comprising: a) forming a floating gate layer over a substrate; b) forming a silicon nitride layer over the floating gate layer, the silicon nitride layer comprising a first portion and a second portion elevationally displaced from the first portion, the first portion having a greater stoichiometric amount of silicon than the second portion; and c) forming a control gate over the silicon nitride layer.

Abstract: Shoulder supports extend from a shower enclosure wall and support a shower accessory. The shoulders have an attachment on the side for the shower accessories. The selected shower accessory would have a mating attachment on each of its ends to correspond to two shoulders extending from the enclosure walls. The attachment is preferably a male/female indentation on one of the shoulders and shower accessory and a corresponding attachment on the other. The indentations provide a non-permanent attachment of the shower accessory to the supports so that the chosen accessory may later be removed and replaced if desired.

Abstract: The present invention is a tub and shower enclosure FORMED FROM three pieces. A wet wall, back wall, and dry wall are each formed separately. Living hinges connects the wet wall to one end of the back wall and the dry wall to the opposing end of the back wall. The hinges allow the wet wall and dry wall to be folded into positions that are generally parallel to the back wall for shipping.

Abstract: A showerhead assembly includes a body which mounts to a ceiling of a shower through a flexible water supply conduit. The body is generally hollow such that water flows from the flexible water supply conduit though the body and out of the peripheral edge to dispense water in a random sheet-like pattern to provide a relatively broad water field to significantly cover a majority of a bather with a relatively large quantity of water. The flexible water supply conduit is mounted to a reel adjacent to the ceiling such that the body may be adjusted in height by reeling and unreeling the flexible water supply conduit. A handle located within the body provides for manipulation of the body. A hand held shower sprayer may also be mounted within the body.

Abstract: A facial treatment system mounted on a shower wall for use while within a shower. The facial treatment system includes a multiple of nozzles which mist water from a multiple of water supplies separate from the shower water supply such that the facial treatment system provides water at a temperature desired for facial cleansing. Another nozzle provides a mist of steam either simultaneous with, or separate from, water sprayed from the other nozzles. A lighting system provides colored light therapy and a reservoir that contains a skin treatment liquid additive for selective admixing with at least one of the nozzles.

The showerhead showers water directly on the footrest to provide a waterfall effect on a bather's foot thereby permitting lathering and shaving of the bather's leg while providing a soothing massage affect to the foot. When pivoted to another position, the showerhead showers the water past the footrest to provide a waterfall effect on a bather's leg thereby permitting convenient rinsing of the bather's leg prior and after to shaving.

Abstract: A handheld shower sprayer system includes a first spray nozzle and a second spray nozzle with separate fluid supplies to provide a dual temperature spray or, alternatively to mist steam either simultaneous with, or separate from, water sprayed from the first spray nozzle. A reservoir stores a skin treatment liquid additive such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, oils, aromatic liquids, moisturizers or lotions which is selectively communicated with the second spray nozzle to intermix the skin treatment liquid with the second fluid.
