    Abstract: The present disclosure provides chimeric polypeptides that include one or more zinc finger motif fused to a therapeutic peptide such as botulinum neurotoxins (BoNTs). The zinc finger motif may be located at the C-terminal side of the BoNT and the chimeric polypeptide can optionally include two or more such zinc finger motifs. It is shown that the disclosed chimeric polypeptides can be efficiently delivered to a subject transdermally.

Time series data including a plurality of categories and a time index category is obtained. Cardinality estimate values of the categories are generated using a probabilistic cardinality estimator and a candidate category is selected based on the cardinality estimate value of the selected candidate category. A time series identifier is generated using the candidate category and, based on the cardinality estimate value of the time series identifier indicating that subsets of the time series data partitioned based on the time series identifier lack entries with duplicate time index values, the time series data is partitioned into a set of time series grain data sets. The time series grain data sets can be used to train models using machine learning techniques.

The recombinant strain of the present invention realizes the de novo synthesis of shikimic acid using glucose as a substrate, with a low cost. After fermentation with the strain in a 7.5 L fermentor, the highest production of shikimic acid is 88.1 g/L, the yield is 0.33 g/g, and the production intensity of shikimic acid is 1.1 g/L/h.
