The growth-promoting bacterial agent is fermented by a DW1 strain, the classification name of the DW1 strain is Bacillus sp., the DW1 strain is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on Jul. 16, 2021, and the deposit number is CCTCC NO: M 2021889. The growth-promoting bacterial agent of the present disclosure has the ability to dissolve insoluble phosphorus and insoluble potassium and can increase content of readily available phosphorus and readily available potassium in the soil, which has an obvious promoting effect on the growth of soybean and improves soybean yield. The growth-promoting bacterial agent of the present disclosure promotes bacteria and can significantly improve the content of soybean oil. At the same time, it has an affinity of soybean agglutinin and can agglutinate with the soybean agglutinin.

The transmitting module transmits a beam with a predetermined wavelength range. The fiber-optic Fabry Perot sensor receives the beam and forms a reflected light beam. The filter module obtains the first light beam, the second light beam, and the third light beam. The filter module has a broadband filter.     Abstract: A method for authenticating a passive RFID tag includes acquiring a tag fingerprint of a first tag as a first tag fingerprint, the first tag being the genuine tag; acquiring a tag fingerprint of a second tag as a second tag fingerprint, the second tag being the tag to be authenticated; comparing the first tag fingerprint with the second tag fingerprint: if the first tag fingerprint is consistent with the second tag fingerprint, determining that the second tag is a genuine tag, otherwise determining the second tag is a forged tag. The tag fingerprint is the persistence time enabling the passive RFID tag to operate normally during discharge after fully charging. The beneficial effects include being high in robustness to the change of environment and high in authentication accuracy and capable of being directly deployed on an existing commercial RFID device without modifying hardware of the tag and reader.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of molecular biology detection, more particularly to a method for fluorescent quantitative PCR. The method includes: 1) mixing an upstream and downstream primer pair, a fluorescent probe, and a PCR amplification reagent; and 2) carrying out the fluorescent quantitative PCR, where the fluorescent probe has two quenching groups, in which a first quenching group is located at a 3? end and a second quenching group is labeled on a T base and is 10-15 nt apart from the first quenching group. Using the method for fluorescent quantitative PCR, background signals in the fluorescent quantitative PCR can be reduced; furthermore, the sensitivity of PCR can be improved, the occurrence of false negatives in detection can be reduced, and the amplification efficiency of the fluorescent quantitative PCR can also be improved.
