  • Publication number: 20130242574
Abstract: An illustrative light fixture provides an emitter housing and a driver housing in a single fixture with an airflow channel defined between the emitter and driver housings. The airflow channel minimizes thermal conduction between the emitter and driver housings, and maximizes thermal convective cooling for at least one of the emitter housing and driver housing. The emitter housing includes vertical fins extending into the airflow chamber. The left and right sides of the emitter and driver housings define top and bottom edges that are respectively coplanar with the top and bottom edges of the vertical fins.

  • Publication number: 20130019759
Abstract: A pressure cooker lid includes a lid body, one or more lid clamps, a pressure valve, and a single control mechanism operable to sequentially control radial movement of the one or more lid clamps and control actuation of the pressure valve. Each of the one or more lid clamps includes a connection element and a clamp element. The pressure valve includes a valve stem. The control mechanism includes a rotary disc coupled to the connection elements and a knob mechanism operable to drive rotation of the rotary disc. • Publication number: 20100175073
Abstract: A network device for accelerating internet small computer systems interface (iSCSI) packet processing is described, which includes a host and a network card. The host includes an online command descriptor block queue, an iSCSI host manager, and an SCSI module. SCSI commands in a CDB are processed through these modules. The network card includes an LLP module and a microprocessor. Through a protocol data unit descriptor, a PDU generator and an iSCSI network card manager in the microprocessor, protocol data units in network packets can be resolved in advance, so that the host can concentrate on executing SCSI commands, thereby accelerating the network packet processing efficiency of the network device.

  • Publication number: 20070292564
Abstract: Described are stable, starch-rich liquid animal feed suspensions having a high dry matter content and which do not require added heat or suspension agents for starch gelatinization and stabilization of the suspensions. Enzymatic hydrolysis and mechanical grinding are used to release starch and produce a gel-like suspension from a starting grain product, such as seeds or kernels of corn, wheat, barley, millet, oats, or rice, or flours made from the grain seeds or kernels combined with a plant processing by-product such as dried distillers grain solubles, condensed beet molasses solubles, whey, and corn steep liquor. The products produced through the processes of the present invention are flowable, dark brown to golden, gel-like suspensions with a pH of 5-7 and viscosities of 500-1000 cP at ambient temperature. In addition, the products had comparable nutritional profiles to a commercial liquid feed supplement.

  • Publication number: 20060213371
Abstract: A coffee maker includes a base, a lower portion of a body, an upper portion of the body, a heater, and a water pipe. The base is placed at the bottom of the coffee maker and connected to the lower portion of the body through screws. The base has a supporter by which a coffee cup can be supported. The upper portion of the body comprising a water tank, a lid, an infusing house and a flow distributor, is placed on the top of the body. The coffee maker also includes an actuating mechanism, which allows the upper portion of the body to move up or down. Upon the height of the coffee cup placed at the supporter, by turning a knob of the actuating mechanism, the upper portion of the body may be adjusted to prevent coffee from spaying out from the coffee cup.

  • Patent number: 7065730
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and data processing system for porosity-aware buffered Steiner tree construction are disclosed. A preferred embodiment begins with a timing-driven Steiner tree generated without regard for porosity, then applies a plate-based adjustment guided by length-based buffer insertion. After performing localized blockage avoidance, the resulting tree is then passed to a buffer placement algorithm, such as van Ginneken's algorithm, to obtain a porosity-aware buffered Steiner tree.

  • Patent number: 6996512
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for allocating buffer and wire placement in an integrated circuit design is provided. In one embodiment, the surface of a integrated circuit design is represented as a tile graph. Allocation of buffer locations for selected tiles in the tile graph is then received and nets are routed between associated sources and sinks. Buffer locations within selected tiles are then selectively assigned based upon buffer needs of the nets, wherein the nets are routed through selected tiles and assigned buffer locations using a cost minimization algorithm.

  • Patent number: 6915496
Abstract: An apparatus and method for incorporating driver sizing into buffer insertion such that the two optimization techniques are performed simultaneously are provided. The apparatus and method extends van Ginneken's algorithm to handle driver sizing by treating a source node as a “driver library.” With the apparatus and method, the circuit design is converted to a Steiner tree representation of the circuit design. Buffer insertion is performed on the Steiner tree using the van Ginneken algorithm to generate a first set of possible optimal solutions. For each solution in the first set, a driver of the same type as the original driver in the Steiner tree is selected from a driver library and virtually inserted into the solution. A delay penalty is retrieved for the selected driver, which is then used long with the new driver's characteristics to generate a second set of solutions based o the first set of solutions.
