The method includes: sending a policy request message that carries header information of a data packet to one or more controllers when a forwarding table of a first switch does not have a forwarding entry that matches the header information of the data packet; receiving a policy response message sent by a controller, where the policy response message includes a controller-determined forwarding path; selecting a forwarding path from received controller-determined forwarding paths; informing the selected forwarding path to a second switch on the selected forwarding path to forward the data packet after receiving the data packet, where the second switch is a switch besides the first switch on the selected forwarding path; and forwarding the data packet according to the selected forwarding path.

Predicted blocks may be generated based on the weighting and distance measure factors.

    Abstract: In a video coding system, a method includes transmitting a first encoded picture from an encoder for reception by a decoder as part of an encoded bitstream. The first encoded picture acts a first reference picture for one or more subsequent pictures in the output encoded bitstream. The method further includes receiving, at the encoder, an indication from the decoder that there was an error in receiving the first encoded picture, and selecting a second reference picture from a buffer of reference pictures at the encoder. The selected second reference picture selected as being earlier than the first reference picture in an encoding order of the encoded bitstream. The method further includes configuring the encoder to encode a set of one or more pictures for the encoded bitstream using the second reference picture and signaling the first reference picture as a non-reference picture.

    Abstract: A tunnel type selection method and apparatus, which relate to the field of information technologies, and can reduce data packet forwarding complexity. The method includes first, combining, by a controller, a code and a label value that are corresponding to a tunnel type supported by a next-hop switch, generating an OXM_OF_TUNNEL_ID match field, and sending a forwarding policy that carries the OXM_OF_TUNNEL_ID match field to a previous-hop OPENFLOW switch, then, extracting, by the previous-hop OPENFLOW switch, the code and the label value that are corresponding to the tunnel type, and encapsulating a data packet according to the code and the label value that are corresponding to the tunnel type, finally, sending, by the previous-hop OPENFLOW switch, the encapsulated data packet to the next-hop switch. The embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to data packet forwarding in a hybrid networking environment of an OPENFLOW switch and a conventional switch.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource allocation method, a packet communication method, and an apparatus. The resource allocation method includes: dividing, by a controller, a cloud data center network into multiple independent logical zones; allocating a corresponding tunnel label range to each logical zone; when a virtual network request for allocating a resource to a tenant is received, searching the logical zones to obtain a logical zone that meets the virtual network request; and allocating a tunnel label to the tenant according to a tunnel label range corresponding to the logical zone that meets the virtual network request. Because each logical zone is independent, during tunnel label range allocation, a same tunnel label range can be allocated to different logical zones. In this way, a same tunnel label can be allocated to different switches in different logical zones, implementing reuse of the tunnel label.

A coding mode for the current MB is determined based on the RDO results.

    Abstract: A method of producing an elastomer composite. The method includes A) combining a first fluid comprising elastomer latex with a second fluid comprising particulate filler; B) causing the elastomer latex to coagulate, thereby forming masterbatch crumb; C) bringing the masterbatch crumb to a water content of about 1 weight percent to about 20 weight percent, thereby forming a de-watered coagulum; D) removing water from the de-watered coagulum by subjecting the dewatered coagulum to mechanical energy, thereby causing the dewatered coagulum to heat as a result of friction, while allowing the dewatered coagulum to achieve a temperature of about 130° C. to about 190° C., wherein water content is reduced to about 0.5% to about 3% and wherein substantially all of the decrease in water content is accomplished by evaporation, thereby producing a masticated masterbatch; and E) subjecting the masticated masterbatch to at least an additional 0.3 MJ/kg of mechanical energy while further reducing the water content.
