    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for preparing a high-reflection solar cell backsheet film, which uses a twin-screw extruder to prepare a masterbatch of an adhesive layer, a masterbatch of a barrier layer, and a masterbatch of a high-reflection layer, and then uses four single-screw extruders to melt the three masterbatches at 250° C. and extrude through a lip film of a casting head. A non-woven fabric is added as a base layer between the two barrier layers, so that the two barrier layers are extruded through the lip film and integrally formed on surfaces of the non-woven fabric. After being cooled to room temperature by a cooling roller, a highly reflective solar cell backsheet is obtained.

The outer sidewalls of the top region are aligned with outer sidewalls of the top electrode. A piezoelectric structure is disposed on the first electrode. A second electrode is disposed on the piezoelectric structure. A heating element is disposed over the semiconductor substrate. The heating element is configured to heat the piezoelectric structure to a recovery temperature for a period of time, where heating the piezoelectric structure to the recovery temperature for the period of time improves a degraded electrical property of the piezoelectric device.

Two slots are formed on the abutting margin to define a resilient portion whose free end has buckle element to buckle to the blocking fringe. Thus, the buckle plate tends to move toward the rear wall to make the positioning fringe buckle to the positioning margin.

The method includes adjusting lines per inch or minimum pattern (such as cluster size or density) of a testing template, printing the adjusted testing template by an outputting device, determining if the gray level of the printing result matches a specific gray level, and continuously adjusting the setting of the lines per inch or the minimum pattern when it does not match the specific gray level, otherwise selecting the adjusted testing template as a basic template. The basic template is optimized according to the printing ability of the outputting device, so the printing performance of the outputting device when using the screening mask formed from the basic template can also be optimized, and the minimum color points can be printed faithfully thereby avoiding dropping of the carbon powder.
