  • Patent number: 10904913
Abstract: Various aspects related to control channel (e.g., PSCCH) scheduling/prioritizing techniques in wireless communications are described. When a UE may not be able to decode various PSCCH transmissions detected in a subframe, a subset of the PSCCHs may be selected for decoding based on the described methods. In accordance with one aspect, a UE may determine that a total number of PSCCH transmissions in a subframe is greater than a number of PSCCH transmissions that can be decoded within the subframe. Upon such a determination, the UE may select at least one PSCCH transmission in the subframe for decoding based on at least one of: retransmission information, information regarding a transmitting UE associated with the at least one PSCCH transmission, or scheduling priority history associated with a sub-channel carrying the at least one PSCCH transmission. The UE may then decode the at least one PSCCH transmission selected for decoding.

  • Patent number: 10848527
Abstract: An example method including: with respect to a local session contained in a local session list, determining a remote user account corresponding to the local session; and when it is determined that the remote user account is not included in a set particular account list, concealing the local session in the local session list. Through the above method, it is feasible to only add an account of a particular object to the particular account list. In this way, local sessions corresponding to other remote user accounts other than the account of the particular object will be concealed in the local session list, and thus it is convenient for a local user to look for a particular session.

  • Patent number: 10690614
Abstract: A method of distinguishing a control solution from a sample in an electrochemical test sensor is performed. The method includes adding a control marker to the control solution. The control solution includes the control marker and analyte. The test sensor includes working and counter electrodes, and a reagent. A potential is applied to the test sensor to oxidize the control marker and the analyte. The resulting electrical current is measured. A potential is applied to the test sensor lower than the other potential in which the potential is sufficient to oxidize the analyte and not the control marker. The resulting electrical current is measured. Determining whether a control solution or a sample is present based on the measured electrical currents. To increase the measured current, a salt may be added to the control solution in an amount sufficient to increase the electrical current by at least 5% as compared to a control solution in the absence of a salt.

  • Publication number: 20200104438
Abstract: A system for developing a simulation of a process. In one aspect, a system creates a first model within the simulation. The first model represents a part of the process and comprises a first port to which other models may be connected. The system also creates a second model within the simulation. The second model represents another part of the process and comprises a second port to which other models may be connected. The system then connects the first port and the second port together. Upon connection, the system allocates a memory location as a connection variable that represents a type of information transfer between the first and second ports. A first port variable, which represents a value transferrable through the first port, is set to reference the value at the allocated memory location. Similarly, a second port variable, which represents a value transferrable through the second port, is also set to reference the value at the allocated memory location.

  • Publication number: 20190362268
Abstract: Systems and methods for constructing sets of synthetic data. A single data record is identified from a first set of data. The first set of data comprises a first plurality of data records, each of the data records including multiple items of data describing an entity. Using pattern recognition, the single data record is processed to identify a group of records from within the first set that have corresponding characteristics equivalent to the single data record. The identified group of records comprises a target set of variables and the group of records from the first set that are not identified comprises a control set of variables. The target set of variables and the control set of variables are processed, using probability estimation and optimization constraints, to determine a score for each of the records in the first set. The score describes how similar each of the records in the first set is to the single data record. The records associated with a percentage of the highest scores are identified.
