    Abstract: A system for assisting a rescuer includes: a chest compression sensor configured to sense movement of the patient's chest and a second sensor configured to sense information indicative of whether the rescuer's hand is in contact with or is not in contact with the patient's chest. The second sensor is configured to be positioned on the patient's chest at a location corresponding to a location of the rescuer's hand when delivering chest compressions to the patient's chest. The system also includes a feedback device and a computing unit. The computing unit is configured to cause the feedback device to provide chest compression feedback based on a determined chest compression rate and chest compression depth and to provide chest release feedback based on a determination of whether the rescuer is releasing the chest in between chest compressions.

The preparation method comprises: dissolving a compound represented by formula II into an organic solvent; and under the catalysis of fatty acid and effect of chlorosilane, performing a reduction reaction of carbon-carbon double bonds, so as to obtain the intermediate compound of sitagliptin represented by formula I, R being methyl or formoxyl. The preparation method of the present invention avoids precious metal as a catalyst, and accordingly, the cost is low, the post-treatment is simple, the product has a high yield, chemical purity and optical purity, and de % is greater than 99.6%, and the preparation method can be used in synthesis of sitagliptin and is suitable for industrial production.
