Abstract: A system, method, and node providing a predefined Quality of Service (QoS) level to an Over The Top (OTT) service provider in a telecommunications network. A User Equipment (UE) initiates an IP-based application session (e.g., Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) session) with the OTT service provider by sending an application-dependent message toward an OTT application server. The method begins with a proxy node in the telecommunications network intercepting the application-dependent message. The proxy node then modifies the application-dependent message by adding a subscriber identification to the header of the application-dependent message. The proxy node forwards the modified application-dependent message to the OTT application server. The OTT application server then sends a request having the subscriber identification to the telecommunications network with a QoS requirement for the HTTP session. Next, a network policy node determines an appropriate QoS level for the subscriber.

Abstract: Connection ports for interconnecting functional modules in an integrated circuit are described. The connection ports provide enhanced functionality based around a common port primitive. This simplifies port design and selection and also allows a common packet protocol to be used for communication of packets across the packet router. In particular, there is improved functionality of target ports which allow out of order requests to be dealt with and out of order responses to be generated.

Abstract: The innovation relates to a system and/or methodology for the convenient and consistent determination of fee refunds for financial products. The system provides for a fee refund component that determines a proposed fee refund based on a customer's score, and information regarding the financial institution's fee refund policies. The customer scores and fee refund policies are determined by a data analytics component, which can update the data at regular intervals or when modifications to the data occur.

Abstract: A dual projection system utilizes a first projector and a second projector to project alternating left and right channel images of a 3D display. The projectors are inversely synchronized such that while the first projector projects a right channel image the other projector projects a left channel image. A projection filter in each projector has left channel properties when the image being projected is a left channel image and right channel properties when the image being projected is a right channel image. The images projected from each projector alternate between left and right channel images approximately once per frame.

Abstract: A cable management system for cable management in an equipment rack includes a support bracket having a body extending between a mounting end and a distal end. The mounting end is configured to attach to the equipment rack, and the body has a tie down slot configured to receive a cable tie down. A cable bar is coupled to the distal end of the support bracket, wherein the cable bar has a tie down slot configured to receive a cable tie down.

Abstract: A plain bearing and method for making the same are shown and described. The plain bearing includes a layer of a strong backing material to which a first bearing alloy is bonded. A second layer of bearing material overlays the first bearing layer and comprises essentially pure tin without any other metallic alloying constituents and an organic levelling agent in the matrix thereof.

Abstract: A service tray for a thermal management system for providing convenient access to components within a liquid thermal management system. The service tray for a thermal management system includes a chassis with an opening and a support unit slidably positioned within the opening. The support unit receives various thermal management devices such as a coolant pump, a filter, a heater and the like. A first rail and a second rail are attached within the interior of the chassis that movably receive a first guide and a second guide of the support unit respectively. Electrical and fluid connectors attached to the chassis and the support unit allow for the connection of the thermal management devices on the support unit to the chassis.

Abstract: A pipelined arbitration mechanism allows a routing control decision to be effected for a later packet while a current packet is being transferred. The later packet can be issued a fixed number of cycles after the current request. The mechanism has particular advantages when used with a plurality of functional modules connected to a packet router, whereby a single functional module can generate a current request relating to a current packet and a deferred arbitration request relating to a later packet to be issued a fixed number of cycles after the current request.

Abstract: A method for designing an integrated circuit where the integrated circuit includes a plurality of modules and where each module includes an initiator port and a target port coupled to a distributed routing network. The initiator port is implemented by configuring whether the initiator or the distributed routing network is responsible for ordering responses to requests issued by the initiator port and defining the maximum number of requests that are permitted to be outstanding at the same time. The initiator port is further configured to define whether a delay stage is required in said initiator port. The distributed routing network is defined by the number of routing resources between the initiator and the target, an arbitration method for arbitrating between requests and an association between the routing resources and the targets.

The front wall defines an area of between about 18.75 and 75 square feet and wherein the ratio of the width of the face panel to its height is between about 0.75 to about 3.0. A reinforced element including an upward extension, an improved shear key and stacked arrangement are also disclosed.

Abstract: A 3D rendering texture caching scheme that minimizes external bandwidth requirements for texture and increases the rate at which textured pixels are available. The texture caching scheme efficiently pre-fetches data at the main memory access granularity and stores it in cache memory. The data in the main memory and texture cache memory is organized in a manner to achieve large reuse of texels with a minimum of cache memory to minimize cache misses. The texture main memory stores a two dimensional array of texels, each texel having an address and one of N identifiers. The texture cache memory has addresses partitioned into N banks, each bank containing texels transferred from the main memory that have the corresponding identifier. A cache controller determines which texels need to be transferred from the texture main memory to the texture cache memory and which texels are currently in the cache using a least most recently used algorithm.

Abstract: A data processing system having shared memory accessible through a transaction-based bus mechanism. A plurality of system components, including a central processor, are coupled to the bus mechanism. The bus mechanism includes a cache coherency transaction within its transaction set. The cache coherency transaction comprises a request issued by one of the system components that is recognized by a cache unit of the central processor as an explicit command to perform a cache coherency operation. The transaction further comprises a response issued by the central processor indicating status of the cache coherency operation.
