Publication number: 20210044606Abstract: Using a set of anomalies indicative of a malicious pattern of behavior collected from data to determine new alerts for anomalies included in subsequently collected data. A set of anomalies found in data collected from data sources is accessed. The set of anomalies is determined by a prior analysis to be indicative of a malicious pattern of behavior by entities associated with the set of anomalies. Data that is subsequently collected from the data sources is searched to determine if any of the data includes the set of anomalies. Alerts are generated for any of the subsequently collected data that includes the set of anomalies.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 8, 2019Publication date: February 11, 2021Inventors: Hani Hana Neuvirth, Owen Joseph Davis, Scott Elliott Gorlick, Gueorgui Bonov Chkodrov, Yotam Livny, Dawn Antonette Burns, Zhipeng Zhao, Julian Federico Gonzalez

Publication number: 20200363414Abstract: A method for identifying T-cells that are antigen-specific for at least one neoantigen that is likely to be presented on surfaces of tumor cells of a subject. Peptide sequences of tumor neoantigens are obtained by sequencing the tumor cells of the subject. The peptide sequences are input into a machine-learned presentation model to generate presentation likelihoods for the tumor neoantigens, each presentation likelihood representing the likelihood that a neoantigen is presented by an MHC allele on the surfaces of the tumor cells of the subject. A subset of the neoantigens is selected based on the presentation likelihoods. T-cells that are antigen-specific for at least one of the neoantigens in the subset are identified. These T-cells can be expanded for use in T-cell therapy. TCRs of these identified T-cells can also be sequenced and cloned into new T-cells for use in T-cell therapy.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 5, 2018Publication date: November 19, 2020Inventors: Roman Yelensky, Brendan Bulik-Sullivan, Jennifer Busby, Matthew Joseph Davis, Lauren Elizabeth Young, Joshua Michael Francis, Christine Palmer, Mojca Skoberne

Patent number: 8054185Abstract: A magnetic detacher has a core magnet and a ring magnet. The core magnet has a body with a top and bottom surface, and produces a first magnetic field. The ring magnet defines a cavity. The ring magnet has a body with a top and bottom and produces a second magnetic field. The ring magnet is axially aligned with the core magnet such that the first magnetic field opposes the second magnetic field along the bodies and enhances it within the cavity. The top surface of the core magnet is separated from the bottom surface of the ring magnet by a predetermined distance thereby producing a resultant magnetic field having a first resultant field strength at a specific position greater than a second resultant field strength produced at the same position when the top surface of the core magnet abuts the bottom surface of the ring magnet.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 2009Date of Patent: November 8, 2011Assignee: Sensormatic Electronics, LLCInventors: Ming-Ren Lian, Wing K.
