    Abstract: A multitenant solver execution service provides managed infrastructure for defining and solving large-scale optimization problems. In embodiments, the service executes solver jobs on managed compute resources such as virtual machines or containers. The compute resources can be automatically scaled up or down based on client demand and are assigned to solver jobs in a serverless manner. Solver jobs can be initiated based on configured triggers. In embodiments, the service allows users to select from different types of solvers, mix different solvers in a solver job, and translate a model from one solver to another solver. In embodiments, the service provides developer interfaces to, for example, run solver experiments, recommend solver types or solver settings, and suggest model templates. The solver execution service relieves developers from having to manage infrastructure for running optimization solvers and allows developers to easily work with different types of solvers via a unified interface.

One example method includes performing a conversion between a video comprising a video picture that includes a video slice and a bitstream of the video. The bitstream conforms to a format rule specifying that, in case a slice type of the video slice is type P and temporal motion vector prediction is enabled, usage of reference picture resampling (RPR) for a reference picture in a collocated reference picture list is disabled. The reference picture is indicated by a reference index of a collocated picture of the video slice used for the temporal motion vector prediction.

    Abstract: A voltage tracking circuit is provided. The voltage tracking circuit includes first and second P-type transistors and a control circuit. The drain of the first P-type transistor is coupled to a first voltage terminal. The gate and the drain of the second P-type transistor are respectively coupled to the first voltage terminal and a second voltage terminal. The control circuit is coupled to the first and second voltage terminals and generates a control voltage according to the first voltage and the second voltage. The sources of the first and second P-type transistors are coupled to an output terminal of the voltage tracking circuit, and the output voltage is generated at the output terminal. In response to the second voltage being higher than the first voltage, the control circuit generates the control signal to turn off the first P-type transistor.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for implementing quality estimation for automatic speech recognition, and more specifically training an ASR model, and training a QE model to perform word error rate prediction upon the trained ASR model. The ASR model may be a transformer learning model having an architecture including an encoder including multi-head attention layers, and a memory encoder including a masking multi-head attention layer. The QE model may include a binary classification model and a regression model, where the binary classification model is based on a discrete statistical distribution, and the regression model is based on a continuous statistical distribution. Training the ASR model may produce output having variable word error rates, and the QE model may be trained based on empirical word error rates of the ASR model. The QE model may predict performance of the ASR model without labor-intensive labeling to generate ground truth.
