    Abstract: A pad wetness detection method and a pad wetness detection device are provided. The pad wetness detection method includes the following steps. A plurality of initial electrical records of a medical pad are obtained via two detecting areas after a pad wetness detection device is coupled to the two detecting areas of the medical pad. A threshold value is obtained via a learning algorithm according to the initial electrical records. At least one measured electrical record of the medical pad is obtained via the two detecting areas. Whether the at least one measured electrical record reaches the threshold value is determined and a warning signal is outputted accordingly.

In the method for fabricating the FinFET device, at first, a semiconductor substrate having fin structures is provided. Then, a dielectric layer and a dummy gate structure are sequentially formed on the semiconductor substrate. The dummy gate structure includes two dummy gate stacks, a gate isolation structure formed between and adjoining the dummy gate stacks, and two spacers sandwiching the dummy gate stacks and the gate isolation structure. Then, the dummy gate stacks are removed to expose portions of the dielectric layer and to expose sidewalls of portions of the spacers. Thereafter, an oxidizing treatment is conducted on the exposed portions of the dielectric layer and the portions of the spacers to increase quality of the dielectric layer.

For example, an administrative device can determine the up-to-date firmware version for a storage device or a memory device associated with storage device controller, such as a SAS expander. The administrative device can send the updated firmware image to a management controller. The firmware image is a bit-by-bit replication of the updated firmware. The management controller can send the updated firmware image to storage device controller. The storage device controller can determine whether the updated firmware image is for the storage device or for the memory device associated with the storage device controller. Upon determining, updating the firmware image in the designated device can be performed. The success log and failure log can be reported to the management controller.
