    Abstract: An axial-flow air blower's fan blades may include a blade portion, and a guide blade portion provided behind the blade portion. The guide blade portion has five guide blades, and the blade portion has a hub and a plurality of blades provided on the hub. The blades and the hub are integrated. There are twelve blades, and an outer circumference defined by the outer edges of the twelve blades has a diameter of 84 mm. The structure is simple and reasonable. The integration of the blades and hub improves concentricity and strength of the blades, increases air volume, and reduces noise. A reasonable number of blades and fan diameter together with a reasonable number of guide blades can improve efficiency and wind speed.

    Abstract: A dust collection device can be fitted to windows in a room, thus not only cleaning air while ventilating air within a space targeted for cleaning but also cleaning air outside of the space. A dust collection device is constructed by laminating first insulation type electrodes and second insulation type electrodes alternately via spacers. The insulation type electrodes have a configuration in which both sides of first electrodes (second electrodes) are coated by first insulating layers (second insulating layers). Furthermore, a power supply is connected to the electrodes, and the electrodes are grounded. In addition, a plurality of first through holes (second through holes) is provided in rows in the insulation type electrodes. Furthermore, the positions of the through holes in the insulation type electrodes are arranged in a plane view so as to be a prescribed distance from the positions of the through holes in the insulation type electrodes.

An axis is formed at a junction of the sidewall surface and the top surface, and an extensive direction of the axis is parallel to a Ge [112] lattice vector on the surface of the Ge layer, therefore the sidewall surface is a Ge {111} lattice plane. Because Ge {111} surface channels have very high electron mobility, this Ge spatial structure may be applied for fabricating high-performance Ge semiconductor devices.
