    Abstract: A method for data retrieval is described. Interface circuitry of an information processing apparatus receives a request for data retrieval from a database. The database stores content sharing information in a social network. The request includes a first user identifier and a first link identifier. The processing circuitry determines whether the first user identifier and the first link identifier are associated in the database as a consequence of a previous sharing of a first article corresponding to the first link identifier using the first user identifier. Further, when the first user identifier and the first link identifier are determined to be associated, the processing circuitry searches for a first message identifier in the database. The first message identifier identifies a first message that includes information of the previous sharing of the first article. The processing circuitry then retrieves the first message according to the first message identifier.

    Abstract: This specification describes a method for lowering the content of monovalent ions in a final concentrate of a nanofiltration system relative to a brine and a corresponding nanofiltration system. The nanofiltration system comprises at least three stages of nanofiltration, wherein the concentrate from each segment flows into the next segment. A feed stream is sent into one stage to generate a concentrate stream, and a first portion of the concentrate stream is recirculated to the one stage. The pH of the feed stream is controlled in a range of 2-7. The temperature of the feed stream is in a range of 20-60° C. The feed stream includes the recirculated concentrate stream and at least part of a concentrate generated from an upstream stage. The method and the system described herein can reduce the concentration of monovalent ions in the final concentrate during a nanofiltration separation process.

    Abstract: The claimed subject matter is directed to novel methods and systems for a network topology wherein an Internet Protocol (IP) network is partially integrated and enhanced with a relatively small number of Software Defined Network (SDN)-Openflow (SDN-OF) enabled network devices to provide a resilient network that is able to quickly recover from a network failure and achieves post-recovery load balancing while minimizing cost and complexity. The SDN-OF Controller, or a management node, determines such a minimum set of SDN-OF enabled devices and establishes IP tunnels to route traffic from nodes affected by failure to designated SDN-OF switches and finally to the final destination without looping back to the failed link or node. By combining SDN-OF enabled switches with IP nodes such as routers, a novel network architecture and methods are described herein that allows for ultra-fast and load balancing-aware failure recovery of the data network.
