    Abstract: A network controller comprising a processor configured to obtain topology information of a network, wherein the topology information indicates a plurality of non-software-defined networking (non-SDN) network elements (NEs) interconnected by a plurality of links in the network, analyze each non-SDN NE according to the topology information to determine whether the non-SDN NE is a candidate NE for establishing a backup tunnel to protect a single-link failure at one of the plurality of links, and select a plurality of target NEs from the candidate NEs to protect against all single link-failures in the network, and a transmitter coupled to the processor and configured to send a first message to a first of the target NEs to dynamically enable software-defined networking (SDN) functionalities at the first target NE in order to facilitate single-link failure protection in the network.

In some embodiments, the method includes: acquiring in real time a current location of a driverless vehicle; finding, on a high precision map, a curvature radius of a turn on a road at the current location; acquiring a distance between a front axle and a rear axle and an axle length of the driverless vehicle in response to finding the curvature radius; determining a rotation angle of a steering wheel of the driverless vehicle based on the curvature radius, the distance between the front axle and rear axle, and the axle length; and controlling the steering wheel of the driverless vehicle to rotate by the rotation angle. This implementation can reduce the number of times the driverless vehicle is steered, thereby improving passenger experience of the driverless vehicle.

The processing circuitry determines whether the first user identifier and the first link identifier are associated in the database as a consequence of a previous sharing of a first article corresponding to the first link identifier using the first user identifier. Further, when the first user identifier and the first link identifier are determined to be associated, the processing circuitry searches for a first message identifier in the database. The first message identifier identifies a first message that includes information of the previous sharing of the first article. The processing circuitry then retrieves the first message according to the first message identifier.

    Abstract: A method for relieving the symptoms of arthritis externally is described. The method involves the use of sliced ginger root, moxa, produced from mugwort, and a needle. Freshly cut ginger roots are sliced into slices approximately one centimeter thick and placed on the skin near the area afflicted with arthritis. The moxa, preferably in the form of a rolled moxa cigar, is stood vertically atop the slice of ginger and ignited. The moxa cigar is permitted to burn down to the surface of the slice of ginger, heating the ginger as well as the skin of the patient. Due to the heat, the skin of the patient is blistered. After a duration of time, the ginger slice is removed from the skin, the blister is punctured with a needle, and allowed to heal. This process leaves the patient free of arthritis-induced pain or similar symptoms.
