The first portion, arranged to be a first layout of a first semiconductor element, is placed in a first cell row of a substrate area extending in a first direction. The third portion is arranged to be a third layout of an interconnecting path used for coupling the first semiconductor element and the second semiconductor element. The first, second and third portions are bounded by a bounding box with a height in a second direction and a width in the first direction. Respective centers of the first portion and the second portion are arranged in a third direction different from each of the first direction and the second direction.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a lithium electrode. The electrically conductive structure layer has a recess with one-side opening, and the lithium metal layer is disposed on the bottom of the recess. The solid electrolyte layer and the electrolyte storage layer are disposed thereon sequentially. When the lithium metal is plated, the plated lithium metal is restricted by the solid electrolyte layer to push and compress the electrolyte storage layer. Therefore, the growth of the lithium dendrites is limited efficiently. The penetration through issue of the lithium dendrites will not be occurred so that the safety of the lithium metal battery is improved greatly.

    Abstract: A method for offshore dual-drive core drilling with three layers of casings under surge compensation is provided. According to the method, a drilling vessel is located at set latitude and longitude coordinates by a dynamic positioning system; drill pipes are stabilized by a seabed template; torques and drilling pressures can be transmitted during drilling of the casings by means of surge compensation of the casings at a wellhead; during drilling for sampling, the surge compensation can compensate to a certain extent for a change in water depth caused by rising or falling tides, or surge, thereby preventing the casings from colliding with equipment and ensuring the safety of wellhead operation; and the drilling of three layers of casings is achieved by means of dual driver heads to effectively protect a wellbore wall, such that high core-drilling rate and good core-drilling quality are achieved during drilling for sampling.

The lithium battery structure includes two battery units with the two negative active material layers being disposed in face-to-face arrangement. The negative current collector includes a conductive substrate with a plurality of through holes and an isolation layer. The isolation layer is covered on one surface of the conductive substrate and extended along the through holes to another surface to cover the edge of the openings of the through holes. It can be effectively avoided the lithium dendrites depositing near the openings of the through holes on the conductive substrate. Also, the face-to-face arrangement of the negative active material layers is effectively control the locations of the plated lithium dendrites. Therefore, the safety of the battery and the cycle life of the battery is greatly improved.
