The method comprising pumping an aqueous urea-containing solution to a fluid-tight enclosure at a rate to match the external demand for ammonia-gas, wherein a fluid heat transfer medium is applied to the exterior of the fluid-tight enclosure to transfer heat to the aqueous urea-containing solution sufficient to hydrolyze the solution to an ammonia gaseous product. The computing-system monitor may also include an analytics platform, the analytics platform having a plurality of analytic computing-instances, the analytics platform being operable to receive metrics output by the plurality of collectors, calculate statistics with the analytic computing-instances based on the received metrics, and output the calculated statistics.

Abstract: A validation system includes a test block that operates to apply a set of inputs to a system under test, such as a test system or an executable test algorithm, and receive from said system under test a first set of outputs produced by operation of the system under test in response to application of the set of inputs. The first set of outputs, as well as a second set of outputs reflecting output produced by operation of a reference system or executable reference algorithm in response to application of the same set of inputs, is processed to make a validation determination. A validation processing block compares the first and second sets of outputs to validate the system under test as an equivalent to the reference system.

Abstract: Disclosed is a security and alarm system. When sensors detect something of note, they alert a master unit which in turn captures pertinent information (e.g., an image or sound) and places a mobile-telephone call to deliver the alert and the captured information. The recipient of the call (for example, an owner of the system or a security service) evaluates the information and takes appropriate action such as alerting a local police department. Some embodiments offer two-way service: In addition to delivering alerts, the system responds to calls from an authorized user requesting current information. Two-way communications allow some embodiments to deliver “Breach of Peace” alerts to users. In one scenario, a public security service sends out a warning within a geographical area that the peace has been breached. The system receives the warning and alerts its user to the situation. The user then takes appropriate action.

The system also includes an intermediate machine in a second domain in the federation, a server, also in the second domain, a password management program executing on the server and a non-federated resource. The intermediate machine authenticates the user responsive to receiving the first set of authentication credentials and identifies a second set of authentication credentials. The server in the second domain authenticates the user, responsive to the second set of authentication credentials. The password management program, executing on the server, retrieves a third set of authentication credentials associated with the user. The non-federated resource authenticates the user, responsive to receiving, from the password management program, the third set of authentication credentials.
