    Abstract: A multi-signal fluorescent probe, represented by: A method for preparing the multi-signal fluorescent probe includes: (a) adding 2-methoxyphenothiazine and ethyl iodide into a mixture of dichloromethane (DCM) and acetonitrile followed by a first reaction and a first post-treatment to obtain 10-ethyl-2-methoxy-10H-phenothiazine; (b) adding boron tribromide into the 10-ethyl-2-methoxy-10H-phenothiazine under an inert gas followed by a second reaction under an ice bath and a second post-treatment to obtain 10-ethyl-10H-phenothiazin-2-ol; and (c) mixing the 10-ethyl-10H-phenothiazin-2-ol, malonic acid, zinc chloride and phosphorus oxychloride followed by a third reaction and a third post-treatment to obtain the multi-signal fluorescent probe. The first approach is to send the user-defined QpC table directly in high level syntax. This leads to more flexible and efficient QP control for future codec development and video content coding. The second approach is to signal luma and chroma QPs independently. This approach eliminates the need for QpC tables and removes the dependency of chroma quantization parameter on luma QP.

A plurality of through holes that are horizontally diverged are arranged around the side walls of the groove, and the through holes are vertically intersected with the groove. The ultrasonic vibrators are provided on the substrate and front ends of the ultrasonic vibrators extend into respective through holes to abut against the metal frame in the groove. The frame fixing device is also arranged in the groove where the metal frame is located, after the metal frame to be processed is placed in the groove.

The method includes the following steps: injecting a propellant slurry into a curing container and waiting for the propellant slurry to start curing; actuating, when the propellant slurry starts curing, a high-energy acoustic beam generator and a high-energy acoustic beam transducer to continuously emit high-energy acoustic beam to the propellant slurry in the curing container until the propellant slurry is cured to form a propellant grain; and closing the high-energy acoustic beam generator and the high-energy acoustic beam transducer. The method for reducing propellant curing residual stress by high-energy acoustic beam provided in the present disclosure can reduce residual stress inside the propellant in an effective manner, thereby ensuring operation safety of the aerospace equipment.

    Abstract: In a method to improve backwards compatibility when decoding high-dynamic range images coded in a wide color gamut (WCG) space which may not be compatible with legacy color spaces, hue and/or saturation values of images in an image database are computed for both a legacy color space (say, YCbCr-gamma) and a preferred WCG color space (say, IPT-PQ). Based on a cost function, a reshaped color space is computed so that the distance between the hue values in the legacy color space and rotated hue values in the preferred color space is minimized. HDR images are coded in the reshaped color space. Legacy devices can still decode standard dynamic range images assuming they are coded in the legacy color space, while updated devices can use color reshaping information to decode HDR images in the preferred color space at full dynamic range.

First intermediate data are generated by scaling the first up-sampled data using a first shift parameter. The intermediate data are then filtered across a second spatial direction using a second rounding parameter to generate second up-sampled data. Second intermediate data are generated by scaling the second up-sampled data using a second shift parameter. Final up-sampled data may be generated by clipping the second intermediate data.
