  • Patent number: 11651606
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for extracting data from a document. An example method generally includes identifying a bounding polygon of the region from an electronic image of the document and extracting data from within the bounding polygon of the region. The method further includes generating revised extracted data based on the extracted data, and combining the revised extracted data with other data extracted from the electronic image of the document to generate input data for a data processing application.

  • Publication number: 20230137747
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed to detect, isolate, and/or mitigate an attack on a file system, for example, by malicious software, human actors, and/or compromised Internet-connected devices (bots). A processor of a data processing system detects an abnormal file system access pattern to a file system by applying statistical process control to network layer packets. Based on detecting the abnormal file system access pattern, the processor temporarily suspends file system access by at least one user ID contributing to the abnormal file system access pattern. The processor provides a notification identifying one or more file system object accessed in the abnormal file system access pattern.

  • Publication number: 20230116540
Abstract: The present disclosure describes apparatus, systems and methods in which a first data storage is maintained for a first group of authorization codes, for example those associated with a local POS system, and second data storage, logically separate from the first data storage, is maintained for a second group of authorization codes, such as those associated with a remote or online sales system. Access control is achieved by checking a received authorization code for validity against one or both groups of authorization codes, without needing to integrate different code assignment systems or different sales systems with one another. The technology has particular utility for automated car wash systems, although it is not limited thereto, and embodiments of the technology may be retrofit to existing car wash control interfaces.

  • Patent number: 11611732
Abstract: A method of aligning a plurality of color channels of a projector is provided. The method includes: for each color channel, (i) projecting test pattern on a surface; (ii) capturing image of the test pattern generated on the surface; and (iii) adding the captured image to an image set. Once the captured images for each color channel are added to an image set, identifying a reference position based on the image set. This is followed by processing the image set to estimate a divergence of the respective test patterns for each color channel with respect to the reference position, followed by computing a corrective function for each color channel and applying the respective corrective function to each color channel to align the color channel to the reference position.

  • Patent number: 11595262
Abstract: A server of a distributed computing system that is at least partially hosted on a particular access network receives a plurality of messages from a plurality of devices over a network, each of the messages associated with a corresponding source address. For each of the plurality of devices, a current access network is determined for the device. For each of the devices with a current access network being the particular access network, a first network policy is applied to the device. For each of the devices with a current access network being other than the particular access network, a second network policy is applied to the device, the second network policy defining a second encryption requirement.

  • Patent number: 11585687
Abstract: A flow sensor includes a flow tube in a form of a tube and a support cast around the flow tube. The support clamps the flow tube and the flow tube extends through the support. The flow sensor is formed by placing the flow tube in a tube cavity of a casting mold and pouring or injecting a liquid resin into a support cavity of the casting mold. The support is formed around the flow tube from solidifying the liquid resin in the support cavity of the casting mold. A temperature of the casting mold during formation of the support does not exceed a threshold temperature to avoid deformation of the flow tube. The flow sensor can also include at least one memory chip that stores calibration information associated with the flow sensor and connectors that allows a controller to read the calibration information from the memory chip.

  • Publication number: 20220417014
Abstract: A vault encryption abstraction framework computing system provides interface functionality to facilitate integration of client applications with vaulting solutions. The vault encryption abstraction framework manages custom authentication and authorization using the vaulting solution application for one or more client applications such as by periodically rotating or renewing any authentication tokens. The vault encryption abstraction framework includes a scheduler to manage timing requirements and to configure the client application to the schedule by setting the renewed token value to an API endpoint (e.g., a function return) and/or a configuration file for access by one or more client applications. This event triggers the client application to update to the latest token value. The vault encryption abstraction framework then triggers the vaulting solution to create and return the new key. The new key is then returned to the client application.
