Abstract: A door bearing includes a supporting arm for fastening on a door frame and a bearing journal for introducing into a bore of a door. The supporting arm has a bore for accommodating a base portion of the bearing journal in a form-fitting manner. The base portion and the supporting arm are provided with latching elements for interlocking the bearing journal on the supporting arm.

Abstract: A flat four-link rear axle with favorable dynamic properties is presented. The essential aspect lies in that the lower transverse control arm (1), the upper transverse control arm (2) and a compensating control arm (3) are arranged one behind the other (in the direction of travel), so that a spring (15) for supporting the wheel suspension on the body can be supported on the lower transverse control arm (1). The space created by shifting the transverse control arms makes it possible to use a barrel spring with progressive spring characteristic. The associated shock absorber (16) is arranged between the upper transverse control arm (2) and the compensating control arm (3), and its lower fixing eye (26) is mounted in the lower region of the axle carrier (4) so that the upper end of the shock absorber does not extend very far beyond the upper transverse control arm (2) compared with known solutions.

Abstract: A device for controlling the intensity of the light emitted by a lighting element of a lighting apparatus, in particular a flashlight, is embodied as a module which can be arranged in series with the lighting element for the supply of the latter with current. A circuit device for controlling the light-intensity of the lighting element, and a central control device for detecting a detection signal of the detection device as well as for triggering the circuit device are provided. It is made possible with the present invention to dim the intensity of the light emitted by it by variation, in particular in several stages.

Abstract: A device for connecting a spring to a band-like or cable-like transmission apparatus. The device being easy to assemble and in which the risk of fracture of the device is greatly reduced. The device provides a connecting part to be fitted on the transmission apparatus and a hook-in part to be connected onto the spring. The connecting part then being connected to the hook-in part to connect the transmission apparatus to the spring.

Abstract: A height-adjusting foot for a household appliance includes an adjuster housing solidly connected to an appliance housing. A vertical threaded shaft is form-lockingly guided in the adjuster housing. A foot plate is connected to the threaded shaft. A nut which is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing and is screwed on the threaded shaft, has an outer periphery with a worm wheel. A worm is rotatably supported in the adjuster housing for driving the worm wheel. An adjusting rod is connected to the worm. Due to reduced expenditures, the costs of the adjusting device are lowered. It can be operated from one side wall of the housing, preferably from the front panel of the household appliance. The adjusting foot does not co-rotate in the adjusting operation.

Abstract: A liquid-carrying container of machine, such as a dishwasher, has a detergent metering device disposed in a boundary wall thereof. The device has a housing with at least one container in which the detergent may be placed and which may be closed with a cover. The cover may be opened and closed with a control unit. The cover moves linearly, quietly, and with a minimal space requirement in a plane which extends parallel to the boundary wall of the machine.

Abstract: In order to equip a dishwasher (1) with a machine base (10), on which a washing container (20) is arranged so as to be capable of being put down in position, in a simple way with a fastening for the washing container (20), said fastening being less complicated and therefore more cost-effective and having better stability, according to the invention the washing container (20) rests, on the rear side, on the upper edge (11) of the machine base (10).

Abstract: A dishwasher includes at least one adjustable-height basket to which an associated spray arm and its inlet tube are secured. The inlet tube is disposed horizontally and is connected by a coupling to a supply line secured to a side wall of a tub. An open connection fitting and two closed blind fittings protrude toward the inlet tube. The coupling has two openings into which the connecting fitting and one of the blind fittings respectively protrude. In order to provide a simple way of assuring the joining together of the coupling to the fittings, and to assure that pressure losses in the water supply to the spray arm connected to the coupling through the use of the supply and resultant worsening of the cleaning action are effectively avoided, regardless of how the basket is loaded, the coupling has an end oriented toward the supply line with a centering plate and downstream thereof a sealing plate having flexible sealing lips and being freely movable between a housing of the coupling and the centering plate.

Abstract: A method of and apparatus for removing plastic residues from objects of plastics processing machines includes a container with a treatment chamber filled with a heat transfer fluid and receiving an object such as extrusion heads or blow heads. A considerable reduction of the cleaning period is attained when withdrawing from the treatment chamber a portion of the heat transfer fluid and after being pressurized by a pump returning pressurized heat transfer fluid back into the chamber in form of a focused stream which is pointed in direction of the object being cleaned.

Abstract: The tool turret comprising driven tools comprises a turret shaft (2) which carries the turret plate (4) and is supported in a turret housing (1) so as to be rotatable and axially displaceable. The turret shaft (2) can be locked at the turret plate end by a Hirth coupling. At the other end, the turret shaft (2) can be connected via a switchable coupling with a toothed wheel (23) of a gear unit (15) so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it, the toothed wheel (23) being supported coaxially relative to the turret shaft (2). A switchable intermediate wheel (26), which engages with a pinion (27) of a drive shaft (28) for the tools to be driven, can engage with the coaxial toothed wheel (23). The turret shaft (2) can be displaced axially into its two end positions by a double-action piston (6), the couplings (12, 13) connected with the turret shaft (2) being alternately engaged and disengaged in the two end positions.

Abstract: An apparatus for removing plastic residues from parts of plastics processing machines includes a vessel which is closed in air tight manner by a lid and contains a liquid heat transfer fluid which is heated by heating elements to a temperature above the melting point of the plastic material adhering to the parts. For shortening the working cycle for heating and cooling the heat transfer fluid and also for shortening the cleaning process per se, the interior of the vessel cooperates with a pump which circulates the heat transfer fluid. In order to prevent a decomposition of the heat transfer fluid, inert gas is introduced into the space above the liquid level of the heat transfer fluid for displacing the prevailing air volume.

Abstract: An arrangement for centering and clamping of work pieces comprises tension levers swingably supported on a base plate, the tension levers of which are arranged coaxially on a pivot, while the other tension lever is supported on a second pivot which has the same distance to the center of the arrangement as the hinge pin. The contact surfaces with which the tension levers grasp a work piece, are designed so that the perpendicular line extends on the particular tangent at the contact point between contact surface and work piece through the center of the arrangement. This forces the work piece, independently of its diameter, continuously into the center in the clamping process and, consequently, centers it. Due to the arrangement of the tension levers, inserting work pieces transversely to the chuck axis is possible in spite of the center clamping process.

Abstract: A cleaning apparatus for removing synthetic residues from rotating parts of plastics processing machines includes a heatable tubular container which contains a dry powder or granular filling and is provided with an upper axial opening through which the part to be cleaned is introduced into the container. The part is clamped at its one end by a chuck which cooperates with a double-acting piston/cylinder unit so as to be movable upwardly and downwardly for introducing the part to be cleaned in the container and removing it therefrom after the cleaning cycle.

Abstract: Impregnating agents are provided consisting essentially of(a) an NCO-prepolymer or NCO-semi-prepolymer which is curable by atmospheric moisture, with an NCO content of 2 to 25% by weight, based on(a1) an organic polyisocyanateand(a2) a compound with at least 2 alcohol hydroxyl groups,(b) a solvent which is inert with respect to isocyanate groups in which the (a1) organic polyisocyanate is a polyisocyanate with exclusively aliphatically or cycloaliphatically bound isocyanate groups and the a2) polyhydroxyl compound is a polysiloxane of the molecular weight range of 300 to 5000 which has at least 2 alcoholically bound hydroxyl groups.A method of impregnating mineral substrates with such impregnating agents is also provided.
