The first authentication information may include a passcode or a selection of a security question. The method may include receiving input of the first authentication information and sending, by the user device, the first authentication information to a computing device associated with the source of the telephone call. The method may include receiving the telephone call from the source and receiving input from the recipient of the telephone call to answer the telephone call. The method may include receiving second authentication information from the computing device, where the second authentication information may include the passcode or an answer to the security question. The method may include outputting the second authentication information.

Abstract: A system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform steps of a method providing biometric detection of coercion of a user. The system may detect a trigger event associated with a potential transfer of funds and may receive user biometric data. The system may determine, based on stored user biometric data and the detected user biometric data, a confidence level that the stored user biometric data is indicative of biological information representative of a user being in a stressed state. The system may initiate one or more precautionary safety measures.

The platform identifies, using a first model, a selected set of transactions based on the transaction information and the entity information, where the first model outputs information identifying the selected set of transactions based on the selected set of transactions being associated with an event, a theme, or a transaction parameter. Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for manipulating a communication acceptance screen, manipulating an interactive communication acceptance icon, and restricting access to accounts based on voice communication parameters. In particular, when a communication is detected from one device to another device, that communication may be risky. Thus, the risk is mitigated by giving a user information about the source of the communication to give a user a chance to reject the communication. In addition, in instances where the user accepts the communication, the system enables monitoring the communication and restricting any accounts that are disclosed within the communication.

A computing system receives, from a remote client device of the user, a token. The token includes personal identification information and a digitized file of a biometric captured by a biometric scanner. The computing system identifies via the personal identification information that the user has a user account. The computing system queries a database with the personal identification information and the digitized file to determine whether the biometric matches a stored biometric in the user account. Upon determining that the biometric matches the stored biometric, the computing system generates a message to be transmitted to the third party server that authenticates the user. The computing system transmits the message to the third party server.
