  • Publication number: 20140321957
Abstract: An object is to transmit an operation of a first parallel link to a second parallel link through a plurality of rotatably supported arms, to prevent the second parallel link from meandering or rolling so that a wafer can be transported smoothly. Arms (61 to 63) of a transmission arm unit (6) are provided for transmitting an operation of a first parallel link (4) to a second parallel link (5). An operation of the first parallel link (4) is transmitted to the second parallel link (5) so that an angle between an arm (53) and an arm (52) in the second parallel link(5) always coincides with an angle between an arm (41) and an arm (42) in the first parallel arm unit (4).

  • Publication number: 20140298628
Abstract: A surface fastener member includes left and right longitudinal protective wall sections and front and rear lateral protective wall sections. Each of the lateral protective wall sections includes an outer first lateral wall section and an inner second lateral wall section. The first lateral wall section includes a continuous lateral wall body which is continuously placed between the left and right longitudinal protective wall sections at a predetermined height. The second lateral wall section includes a plurality of divided lateral wall bodies which are intermittently placed along a width direction, and a plurality of second engagement elements. According to this, when the molded surface fastener is integrally molded on a cushion body, it is possible to prevent resin material from entering an engagement element region of the surface fastener member.

  • Publication number: 20140130311
Abstract: A molding hook and loop fastener includes a plurality of surface fastener portions and a coupling member that is formed of a resilient body and connects the surface fastener portions. The coupling member includes a pair of vertical wall coupling portions which is continuously disposed along a longitudinal direction on both sides in between an engaging element area and which connects the surface fastener portions. With this configuration, when the molding hook and loop fastener is integrally molded to a cushion body, it is possible to prevent a resin material from penetrating into the engaging element area of the surface fastener portion and to stably secure a desired fastening strength at the engaging element area.

  • Publication number: 20130340214
Abstract: The molded hook and loop fastener comprises multiple hook and loop fastener parts on which multiple engaging elements are disposed, and a connection member for connecting the hook and loop fastener parts. The hook and loop fastener parts comprise fixing parts which fix the connection member to backings. The backings comprise forward and rearward extensions that extend in the longitudinal direction from the positions where the fixing parts are disposed. The dimension in the longitudinal direction of the connection member at a connection part is set to be longer than the minimum interval between adjacent hook and loop fastener parts, thereby allowing the molded hook and loop fastener to be bent easily in the width direction, and allowing the forward and rearward extensions to prevent foam resin material from directly hitting the lateral walls.

  • Publication number: 20130302838
Abstract: A novel biomarker for diagnosing amyloid ?-related neuropathy such as Alzheimer's disease is provided. Disclosed is a method for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease comprising measuring the level of a MFG-E8 protein in a blood, serum or plasma sample obtained from a human or animal subject, wherein the measured value is used as a marker for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. The MFG-E8 protein is found to bind to phosphatidylserine in a Ca2+ dependent manner in a culture supernatant of mouse brain nerve cells, which are a dementia model stimulated with A?42. It is also found that the level of the MFG-E8 protein is increased in patients with Alzheimer's disease.

  • Publication number: 20120242985
Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, a pattern inspection apparatus includes a stage supporting a substrate with a pattern, a light source irradiating the substrate with light, a detection unit, an optical system, a focus position change unit, a control unit, and a determination unit. The detection unit detects reflected light from the substrate. The optical system leads the light from the light source to the substrate and leads the reflected light to the detection unit. The focus position change unit changes a focus position of the light to the substrate in a direction vertical to the surface of the substrate. The control unit associates the movement of the stage with the light irradiation and controls the stage drive unit and the focus position change unit, thereby changing the focus position. The determination unit determines presence/absence of a defect of the pattern based on the signal from the determination unit.
