  • Publication number: 20110042406
Abstract: A magazine for spot welding electrodes that stores mini chips and can feed the mini chips one by one. A mini chip storage portion and a cap chip storage portion slidably aligning and storing a plurality of mini chips and a plurality of cap chips are formed such that the mini chip storage portion and cap chip storage portion communicate with each other at one of their ends, where they open to the outside to serve as a supply port. When an arm is inserted into the supply port, a cap chip is mounted to the arm, as well as the cap chip presses the mini chip so that the mini chip is also mounted to the chip base. When the mounting operation is complete, a push-out member pushes the mini chips and cap chips so that the mini chips and cap chips are automatically fed to the supply port.

  • Patent number: 7353578
Abstract: A cap tip detaching apparatus for a resistance welding machine that detaches a cap tip fitted to a shank of the resistance welding machine. The apparatus includes a pawl portion including a fixed pawl and a movable pawl. The fixed pawl extends in a direction orthogonal to the shank axis so as to be brought into close contact with a lower end portion of the shank. The movable pawl, forming a pair with the fixed pawl, is provided in a leading end of a leverage type lever and is brought into close contact with an upper end portion of the cap tip. A drive portion is included for moving the pawl portion to a portion between the shank and the cap tip. A rotating mechanism, working with the drive portion, rotates the lever to disconnect the cap tip from the shank by pushing down the movable pawl.

  • Patent number: 7336381
Abstract: A user who needs prints of digital images shot by the digital camera generates a print request information, and sends the generated print request information to a print order management server via a print order receiving terminal and a network. The print request information includes digital image information to be printed, receiver identification information to identify print receivers associated with each piece of digital image information, and information indicating print conditions for each digital image and each print receiver. The print order management server, receiving print request information, determines the printing location for each receiver based on the concurrently received receiver information or pre-registered receiver information. The print order management server then sends the print order information for each receiver to a print server corresponding to the determined printing location.

  • Patent number: 5579049
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to bring a video signal obtained by imaging into a proper level without use of a controllable diaphragm. An imaging apparatus is provided with no controllable diaphragm. Peak detection is performed by a peak detecting circuit for each vertical scanning interval. A peak value is applied to a control device. Necessary shutter speed control in a shutter control circuit, gain control in a pre-amplifier circuit and gain control in a GCA are carried out. Consequently, the level of the video signal obtained by the imaging is adjusted to a proper level without controlling a diaphragm, to obtain an image of proper brightness.

  • Patent number: 5411779
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite tubular article for use as the fixing belt in an image-forming device such as a copying machine etc., particularly as a fixing belt suited for thermal fixing, and also relates to a process for producing the same.Conventionally known as an image-fixing belt is a belt consisting of a polyimide resin as the inner layer and a fluoroplastic as the outer layer. However, this fixing belt has problems that clear images cannot be obtained because the thickness of each layer is uneven, and that unglossed, so-called matt images cannot be obtained because the belt surface is smooth. This invention provides a composite tubular article comprising a tubular inner layer made of a polyimide resin and a tubular outer layer made of a fluoroplastic, the outer circumferential surface of the fluoroplastic tubular outer layer having a surface roughness of 1 to 10 .mu.m.

  • Patent number: 5263017
Abstract: A digital radio transmission system having a first terminal office (10), a second terminal office (20) and at least one drop/insertion (DI) office (30) located therebetween. Long distance lines between the first and second terminal offices are handled in the DI office together with first and short distance lines each being replaced by first and second protection lines, respectively. A protection line for the long distance lines is realized by commonly using the first and second protection lines inherently allotted to the first and second short distance lines. Further the line switching, due to a fault in the long distance line, from the faulty long distance line to the both the first and second short line side protection lines can be achieved by communicating a particular line switching control signal among all the offices.
