    Abstract: A processor receives an image of a syringe. After identifying a background and foreground of the image, where the foreground indicates pixels that may be associated with a defect, the processor subtracts the background to generate an updated image with an accentuated foreground. The processor applies a bounding box to a group of pixels in the foreground and inputs the bounding box into a classifier. The classifier outputs a label indicating whether the syringe is defective.

The technology may employ membrane devices that implement one or more tangential flow filtration processes such as in stages. An example membrane device may typically include a membrane having sides and ends. The membrane may selectively permit constituent(s) of the sample to pass through while retaining other constituents at one side. An input chamber of the device may include an inlet near one end and an outlet near the other end, and that may permit a tangential flow of the sample along the first side surface, and a trans-membrane passing of constituent(s). An output chamber of the device may be configured at the second side surface to receive the passing constituents. Such devices may be provided in a kit to facilitate targeting of a desired biological analyte concentration.

When the first controller detects that the generated voltage of the solar panel set reaches a preset threshold value, the first controller is adapted to trigger the first awakening of the lithium battery set by electrically conducting the single-contact switch, thereby brought the lithium battery set out of the low potential protection state. Also, when the second controller detects the voltage of the lithium battery set is not rising after the first awakening of the lithium battery set, the first controller is driven by the second controller to process the second awakening of the lithium battery set through the single-contact switch.
