    Abstract: The present invention provides a pneumatic hand tool with adjustable operating angle, comprising a grip body and a tool head body interconnected with each other. The grip body has a grip flow channel, and said tool head body has a tool head flow channel. The grip body and said tool head body are interconnected through two rotary joint faces to form a joint portion capable of adjustment of the operating angle. The two rotary joint faces respectively have connecting areas for uniform circumferential motion and high pressure air ports configured along the rotation center. And the two rotary joint faces are inclined to facilitate adjustment of the operating angle of said tool head, and to ensure good air tightness of the high pressure air ports inside the joint portion.

    Abstract: A power management device includes a pulse-width modulation (PWM) circuit, a pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) circuit, a first switch, a second switch, an overcurrent protection circuit, a current detection circuit, and a short-circuit detection circuit. The PWM/PFM circuit is enabled by a short-circuit detection signal and generates a PWM/PFM signal. The first/second switch is electrically coupled between a high-voltage/low-voltage terminal and an output node, and provides a first/second output current for the output node according to the PWM/PFM signal. The overcurrent protection circuit makes the PWM/PFM circuit turn off the first switch and turn on the second switch when the first output current reaches a current threshold. The current detection circuit makes the PWM/PFM circuit turn off the second switch when the second output current reaches zero and then turn on the first switch.

    Abstract: A Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) system is provided. The MEC system includes a user equipment (UE), an MEC device, and a core network. The MEC device includes a relay User Plane Function (UPF) module, a first UPF module, and a second UPF module. The core network performs a UPF path management corresponding to the UE based on a notification of the MEC device. When the UE attaches to a network, the MEC device establishes an idle session between the UE and the relay UPF module. When the MEC device determines that a service for the UE needs to be switched from the first UPF module to the second UPF module and the second UPF module has not been activated, the MEC device notifies the core network to switch the service for the UE from the first UPF module to the relay UPF module first.

The method further includes predicting performance of the photomask assembly during a manufacturing process based on the detected haze of the photomask following exposing the photomask assembly to the radiation source.
