    Abstract: A method of repairing a superalloy component includes subjecting the superalloy component, including a repair area, to a phase agglomeration cycle, which includes stepped heating and controlled cooling of the component. The method further includes applying weld material to the repair area to create a weld surface; and covering the weld surface with brazing material. The component is then subjected to a braze cycle to produce a brazed component. The brazed component is cleaned, and the cleaned component is subjected to a restorative heat treatment to restore the microcrystalline structure and mechanical properties of the component.

    Abstract: A method of welding a component and a treated component are provided. The method comprises an initial heat-treating of the component comprising a substrate. The method further comprises removing a portion of the substrate to form a treatment region comprising an exposed surface. The method further comprises buttering the exposed surface with a first filler additive to form a weld metal adjacent to the fusion line comprising an easy-to-weld alloy. The method further comprises welding the component with the easy-to-weld alloy and a second filler additive. The first filler additive comprises a sufficient amount of each of Co, Cr, Mo, Fe, Al, Ti, Mn, C and Ni to form the easy-to-weld alloy, when welded with the hard-to-weld base alloy.

    Abstract: A multi-state memory and a method for manufacturing the same. A magnetoresistive tunnel junction is disposed on a spin-orbit coupling layer, and thermal annealing is performed after dopant ions are injected from a side of the magnetoresistive tunnel junction. The concentration of dopant ions in the magnetoresistive tunnel junction has a gradient variation along the direction that is perpendicular to the direction of the current and within the plane in which the spin-orbit coupling layer is located. Symmetry along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the current is broken. In a case a current flows into the spin-orbit coupling layer, resistance are outputted in multiple states in linearity with the current. The multi-state storage is achieved. It can meet a requirement on hardware of neural network synapses, and is applicable to calculation in a neural network.

    Abstract: A data center cooling system includes a housing to contain electronic racks of IT components operating therein, a coolant distribution unit (CDU) situated within the housing to control a liquid flow of a cooling liquid. One or more liquid cooling devices are disposed on the IT components to receive a first liquid from the CDU, to exchange or extract heat generated from the IT components, to transform the first liquid to a second liquid with a higher temperature, and to transmit the second liquid back to the CDU. The CDU is coupled to a heat transfer system to dissipate the exchanged heat to an external environment. The data center cooling system includes an airflow delivery system to generate a direct or indirect airflow to travel through the servers of the electronic racks to remove heat generated by the servers to the external environment eliminating chiller and IT fans.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a target object elimination method based on a panoramic camera, the panoramic camera comprising at least two independent lenses, wherein the method comprises following steps: capturing one basic panoramic image by each of the independent lenses; recognizing a target object from each of the basic panoramic images; dividing each of the basic panoramic images into a plurality of image parts having a same or different size, wherein at least one of the image parts comprises the target object; deleting the one image part comprising the target object in each of the basic panoramic images; and combining all remaining image parts in each of the basic panoramic images to obtain a corrected panoramic image from which the target object is eliminated. By the present invention, the target object can be eliminated quickly and efficiently while ensuring the quality of the image.
