  • Publication number: 20130330591
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a porous membrane. The method allows: avoidance of use of a solvent that places a large load on the environment; relatively easy control of parameters such as the porosity and the pore diameter; and high chemical stability of a resultant porous membrane. The method for producing a porous membrane of the present invention includes the steps of: preparing an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent represented by H2N—(CH2)n—NH2 where n is an integer from 4 to 8, and a porogen; forming a cured product of the epoxy resin composition into a sheet shape or curing a sheet-shaped formed body of the epoxy resin composition, so as to obtain an epoxy resin sheet; and removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet by means of a halogen-free solvent.

  • Patent number: 7939985
Abstract: In a rotor unit of a motor, field magnets are inserted into respective magnet holding holes of a rotor core. End plates are arranged on the upper and lower end surfaces of the rotor core to cover the magnets holding holes. Each of the end plates preferably has three bent portions extending perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the radial direction, the three bent portions being arranged circumferentially. The bent portions are preferably formed through press working such that they are protruded toward the rotor core. The rotor core includes end plate fixing holes. End plates are preferably fixed to the rotor core by press-fitting the bent portions into the respective end plate fixing holes while allowing side surfaces of the bent portions to make contact with inner surfaces of the end plate fixing holes. Accordingly, the end plates can easily be fixed to the rotor core without increasing the axial size of the rotor unit.

  • Patent number: 6982513
Abstract: A recording disk drive motor is disclosed which is employed in a recording disk drive that retains a removable recording disk that has a diameter of 30 mm or less, as well as a method of manufacturing a stator core used in the same. The core back of the stator core in the motor has an arc shaped inner circumferential surface therein that is offset from the center thereof. The stator core is produced from a laminated body having a stator core, a chuck frame that is integral with and surrounds the stator core, and connector arms that connect the stator core and the chuck frame and integral therewith.
