    Abstract: Provided are a perovskite film and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the following steps. A perovskite precursor material is coated in a linear direction on a substrate with a temperature between 100° C. and 200° C., wherein a concentration of the perovskite precursor material is between 0.05 M and 1.5 M. An infrared light irradiation is performed on the perovskite precursor material to cure the perovskite precursor material to form a thin film including a compound represented by formula (1). The perovskite film has a single 2D phase structure or has a structure in which a 3D phase structure is mixed with a single 2D phase structure. The organic emissive layer may be formed via chemical evaporation techniques. The display may include moisture blocking structures such as organic emissive layer disconnecting structures that introduce one or more gaps in the organic emissive layer during evaporation so that any potential moisture permeating path from the display panel edge to the active area of the display is completely terminated.

    Abstract: The present invention provides Systems and Methods for Creating an Optimal Prediction Model and Obtaining Optimal Prediction Results Based on Machine Learning. In the method for creating an optimal prediction model, the steps are first to input a plural training data and at least one of machine learning algorithms, then convert the training data into a relay format. The method is further to select the automated predictive features, optimize the machine learning algorithm parameter, and then optimize the iterative prediction model. After that, a prediction model and an accuracy assessment data are outputted. In the process of obtaining the prediction result, the data to be predicted is converted into a relay format, and an automated program is used for iterative prediction to generate and output the prediction result and accuracy evaluation data.

The thin-film circuitry may be used to form an array of pixels for a display or other circuit structures. Metal traces may be formed among dielectric layers in the thin-film circuitry. Metal traces may be provided with insulating protective sidewall structures. The protective sidewall structures may be formed by treating exposed edge surfaces of the metal traces. A metal trace may have multiple layers such as a core metal layer sandwiched between barrier metal layers. The core metal layer may be formed from a metal that is subject to corrosion. The protective sidewall structures may help prevent corrosion in the core metal layer. Surface treatments such as oxidation, nitridation, and other processes may be used in forming the protective sidewall structures.
