    Abstract: An ESD protection circuit for a differential I/O pair is provided. The circuit includes an ESD detection circuit, a discharge device, and four diodes. The first diode is coupled between the first I/O pin and the discharge device in a forward direction toward the discharge device. The second diode is coupled between the second I/O pin and the discharge device in a forward direction toward the second I/O pin. The third diode is coupled between the discharge device and the positive power line in a forward direction toward the positive power line. The fourth diode is coupled between the discharge device and the negative power line in a forward direction toward the discharge device. Via an output end, the ESD detection circuit triggers the discharge device during ESD events.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing flip-chip light emitting diode (LED) package. A recess array is formed at the top surface of a silicon wafer. Two through-wafer via holes are formed in the recess. A plurality of LED chips are flip-chip mounted in each of the recesses, respectively. Two electrodes of each LED chip are respectively covered the two via holes. An encapsulator for encapsulating each LED chip is arranged in the recess to provide a flat top surface. A metal layer is deposited on the bottom surface of the silicon wafer to electrically connecting with the electrodes through the two via holes. Metal lines which electrically connecting the electrodes are formed by patterning the metal layer. A plurality of silicon submounts, each including at least one recess, are cut off from the silicon wafer. A fluorescent layer is arranged on the top surface of the encapsulator.

When the spray head is opened, but not in use, the spray head can be rotated by a certain angle so as to close the inner spray tunnel of the spray head completely to prevent the perfume liquid from leakage.

    Abstract: A high voltage charging circuit is provided with the ability of rapid charging. The circuit is composed of a turn-on control circuit, a turn-off control circuit and a transistor. The turn-on control circuit is adopted to set a turn-on time of a transistor such that the transformer may store magnetic energy, while the turn-off control circuit is used to set a turn-off time of the transistor such that the transformer may release the magnetic energy to charge a high voltage capacitor. Smaller inductance reduces the turn-on time of the power transistor owing to the maximum current of the primary side of the transformer. Therefore, a small-sized transformer may be employed to reduce the volume of the charging circuit with nonoccurrence of saturation.

By the use of the pre-assembled structure, the assembly process can be performed conveniently and the occurrence of displacement can be avoided. In addition, the spray head has gaps formed thereon for passage of gas and perfume liquid. The perfume liquid is sprayed out via the gaps so as to form uniform perfume mists. The perfume spray head structure of the present invention can avoid the occurrence of non-uniform spray mists, which is caused by the displacement of the spray channel.
