Simple house structure
The present invention discloses a simple house structure that includes a framework, a floorslab, a wallboard and a shingle, and the framework includes a pedestal coupled to each first vertical rod, a first corner pillar, a first edge pillar and a first center connector disposed at different positions of each first vertical rod, and a second vertical rod connected to each first corner pillar, edge pillar and center connector, and each second vertical rod includes a second corner pillar, a second edge pillar, and a second center connector disposed at different positions of each second vertical rod, and a transversal rod installed between each connectors, and a diagonal rod installed between each transversal rod and first and second vertical rods, such that the house structure can have a better strength and achieve the effects of quick installation and dismantling.
The present invention relates to a simple house structure, and more particularly to a house structure having a better strength and the house can be assembled or disassembled quickly.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The framework of a general simple house is comprised of a plurality of steel beams connected with each other, and two prior art steel beams 7 and 8 perpendicular to each other are connected by soldering, and then a support plate 83 is soldered on another side of the junction contact surface of the two steel beams 7, 8, and a better force can be applied between the two steel beam 7, 8 (as shown in
Although the framework of the foregoing prior art simple house structure can be made by the steel beams 7, 7a, 8 with the connecting board 81 and the support plate 82, the framework is weak since the structural strength at the contact surface or junction of each steel beam 7, 7a, 8 is the weakest, and thus the connecting surface of each steel beam 7, 7a, 8 will be deformed easily if a force is exerted onto the connecting surface when the framework is shaken. A framework of this sort affects the safety of the house structure. Furthermore, the construction of the framework requires large hoisting machines and equipments since the steel beams are very heavy, and such construction consumes lots of manpower, time, and efforts. Therefore, the applications of the prior art house structure cannot meet user's requirements.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTherefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a house structure having a better strength.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a house structure that can be constructed and dismantled quickly.
A further objective of the present invention is to provide a house structure whose construction plane can be changed during the construction of the house.
Another further objective of the present invention is to provide a house structure that does not require large hoisting machines and equipments for the construction and can meet the cost-efficient effect.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a house structure whose materials can be recycled and reused when the house is dismantled.
To achieve the foregoing objectives, a simple house structure of the present invention comprises a framework, a floorslab, a wallboard, and a shingle; wherein the framework comprises a plurality of pedestals coupled to a first vertical rod, first corner pillar, edge pillar and center connector connected to different positions of each first vertical rod, and each first corner pillar, edge pillar, center connector is connected to a second vertical rod, and each second corner pillar, edge pillar, and center connector is connected at different positions of each second vertical rod, and a transversal rod is installed between connectors, and a diagonal rod is installed between each transversal rod and first and second vertical rods.

The foregoing framework 1 is made of an aluminum alloy material to give a light and strong framework 1, so that the house structure does not require large hoisting machines and equipments for its construction, and the aluminum alloy material can be recycled and reused if the house structure is dismantled, and thus complying with the cost-efficient requirement. The framework 1 includes a plurality of pedestals 10, each having a first vertical rod 11 disposed thereon, and both ends of the first vertical rod 11 separately include a connecting hole 111, 112 and each first vertical rod 11 includes a first corner pillar connector 12, a first edge pillar connector 13 and a first center connector 14 disposed at different installation positions. Both ends of the first corner pillar connector 12 separately include an inserting section 121, 122, and two distal surfaces of two adjacent opposite corners of the first corner pillar connector 12 separately include a connecting section 123, and both ends of the first edge pillar connector 13 separately include an inserting section 131, 132, and a connecting section 133 disposed on three distal surfaces of the first edge pillar connector 13, and both ends of the first center connector 14 separately include an inserting section 141, 142, and each distal surface of the first center connector 14 includes a connecting section 143. Each of the first corner pillar 12, edge pillar 13 and center connector 14 includes a second vertical rod 15, and both ends of the second vertical rod 15 separately include a connecting hole 151, 152, and each second vertical rod 15 includes a second corner pillar connector 16, a second edge pillar connector 17 and a second center connector 18. An end of the second corner pillar connector 16 includes an inserting section 161, and two distal surfaces at the adjacent opposite corners of the second corner pillar connector 16 separately include a connecting section 162, and an end of the second edge pillar connector 17 includes an inserting section 171, and three distal surfaces of the second edge pillar connector 17 separately include a connecting section 172, and an end of the second center connector 18 includes an inserting section 181, and each distal surface of the second center connector 18 includes a connecting section 182. Each transversal rod 19 is installed between the first and second corner pillar connectors 12, 16, the first and second edge pillar connectors 13, 17, and the first and second center connectors 14, 18. The pedestals 10, first and second vertical rods 11, 15, first and second corner pillar connectors 12, 16, first and second edge pillar connectors 13, 17, first and second center connectors 14, 18, and a transversal rod are fixed separately by a fixing member 5, and thus achieving the quick constructing and dismantling effects. Further, a diagonal rod 191 is installed between each transversal rod 19 and the first and second vertical rods 11, 15. The foregoing structure constitutes a novel simple house structure.
The present invention is applicable for a two-floor simple house structure. When the first floor is constructed at the ground 6, each pedestal 10 is fixed onto the ground 6 according to the construction area as shown in
