Abstract: The effects of an air bearing may be augmented in various ways in order to assist in the automated assembly of valve spools into valve bores. Such augmentation may be achieved by agitating one end of the valve spool with sequentially applied pulses of pressurized air as the spool is being lowered into the valve body, increasing the effective length of the valve spool so that the agitation can be applied to the spool when the spool is partially inserted into the body, varying the position of the valve spool while the spool is being inserted into the valve body to expose a length of the spool to the pulses of pressurized air, and applying an oscillating vibration to the fixture that supports the valve body to dislodge a spool that has become jammed in the valve bore.

The present invention includes a connecting step of connecting electric connection terminals of a substrate and flying leads provided on an electric wiring basic material and a mounting step of mounting a unit consisting of the electric wiring base material and the substrate connected together, on a printing head main body. During the connecting step, the substrate and each flying lead are electrically connected together with a predetermined distance between them. During the mounting step, the unit is fixed to the printing head main body so that the distance between each of the electric connection terminals of the substrate and the electric wiring base material is shorter than the predetermined distance. This forms a slack shape of each flying lead.

Abstract: The present utility model provides a deer-shaped decorative structure assembly, comprising a body framework having a trunk and four legs, a head framework having a head and a neck, and an antler framework of an antler shape, the head framework being detachably connected to the body framework, the antler framework being detachably connected to the head framework, and the body framework, the head framework and the antler framework when assembled together forming an upstanding deer-shaped structure, wherein each of the four legs of the body framework is configured so as to be folded in a longitudinal direction of the leg so that the height of the body framework after the folding of the legs is reduced to about half of the height before the folding. Since the legs of the body framework are designed to be a foldable structure, the height of the deer-shaped structure, after disassembly, is considerably reduced, thereby reducing the packaging and transportation size and lowering the costs of transportation.

Abstract: A self-contained and easily moveable solar-powered illuminated address display is provided comprising a compartment into which a translucent address display plate may be slid. Users can supply inexpensive indicia, such as numbers or letters, onto the address display plate to indicate an address or other information, by attaching stick-on indicia, drawing, painting, or printing them, or purchasing them in preconfigured forms. A solar panel supplies electrical power, which is stored in a battery, to supply a lighting means with power. When light is generated, it passes through the translucent address display plate, contrasting with areas marked by the indicia, so that the address may be read easily at night. An optional photo cell switch switches the power on or off according to lighting conditions. The solar-powered illuminated address display may be attached to a second surface, such as a wall or mailbox, by wood screws, machine screws, a chain, or magnets.
