Abstract: The present invention relates to a mounting method of passive component, and particularly relates to a mounting method of a small-size passive component. A passive component partially covered by an adhesive material is provided. Before the adhesive layer is melted, the adhesive material is melted and then solidified to form a fixing structure between the passive component and a substrate for fixing the passive component on the substrate. Therefore, the tombstone problem caused by uneven pulling force that the melted solder applies to the two ends of the passive component is effectively solved. The yield rate is increased, and the product loss is reduced.

Abstract: In a method for fabricating a hearing aid device, a hearing impaired person visits an audiologist at a dispenser location, and is examined to determine electronic settings for a hearing aid to correct the person's hearing impairment. At the same visit, an ear mold of the patient is obtained, which is scanned to produce a three-dimensional data set. A prototype is produced from the hearing aid data set, that does not contain any electronic components, and the prototype is test fitted with the patient. By interaction between the patient and the audiologist, the prototype is modified as needed, with each modification resulting in an updated three-dimensional data set being generated. When the prototype is acknowledged by the patient as being a comfortable fit, the three-dimensional data that were used to create the acceptable prototype are electronically transmitted to a fabrication site, at which the hearing device is manufactured therefrom.

The stake is generally used to punch holes in the ceiling so that the user may insert the blade within the ceiling cavity and pull the ceiling material from its securings. The retractable feature of the stake allows for precise demolition work as the user, after punching the required number of holes in the ceiling, may retract the stake to a position within or along side the pole such that the user will not have to worry about damaging the underside of the flooring located above the ceiling while using the bade to pull down the ceiling materials. In addition, the stake may contain a cutting element which allows the user to cut around certain impediments located within the ceiling material.

A drive motor drives the vibration suppressor which defines a rotational axis. The vibration suppressor includes a suppression mass mounted at a radius from the rotational axis for generating an imbalance and, as a consequence of the imbalance, the suppression mass generates an rpm-dependent translatory vibration. A spring applies a resilient biasing force to the suppression mass in opposition to an rpm-dependent centrifugal force applied to the suppression mass during the rotation. The suppression mass is mounted so as to be radially movable along a path under the action of these forces. The suppression mass defines first and second equilibrium positions along the path at first and second radii from the rotational axis corresponding to first and second rpms of the vibration suppressor.
