Abstract: An athletic glove having an enhanced flexibility features for assisting in the opening and closing of the glove. A glove can include a front ply forming a palm and front portion and a back ply forming a back portion. The peripheries of the front and back plies attached together to form the glove. The glove includes a thumb stall, at least on finger stall, a hand receiving opening, a heel portion of the front ply, and a web portion positioned between the thumb stall and the finger stall. The glove further includes at least one predefined fold in the palm, such that the fold increases the flexibility of the glove and thereby facilitates the opening and closing of the glove. The glove can also comprise a notch formed in the back ply between the finger stall and the hand receiving opening to further increase the flexibility of the glove. Other embodiments are also claimed and described.

Abstract: A clothing protector garment, preferably, includes clip(s) attachable to the garment allowing one to secure to various locations on the clothed body. The clips will be positioned at various locations on the garment allowing one to secure the garment to any place desired on ones clothing to protect clothing from spills, drips, drool, etc. The triangular shaped multi purpose clothing protector can be extended for more coverage. It is not limited to the triangular shape as it can be produced in any shape desired.

Abstract: A garment is provided which a purchaser can freely cut after purchase into any design shape and then wear, and also which has a cut-off part requiring no high-level cutting and sewing processing techniques. The garment is formed of a fray-preventing knitted fabric woven with heat-welding elastic yarn. Sizes of opening parts of the neck, side, and bottom of the garment are smaller than those of a standard product; a total length and sleeve length of the garment are larger than those of the standard product; and a body width, cuff, waist, and lower bottom edge of the garment are equal to those of the standard product. The garment can be cut into any design shape and can be used with the opening parts left cut-off.

Abstract: A conditioning bottom has a main body and a strong tightening portion which is in the form of a belt and has a tightening force stronger than a tightening force of the main body. This strong tightening portion has first strong tightening portions and a second strong tightening portion. When the conditioning bottom is worn, the first strong tightening portions extend so as to surround gastrocnemius muscles of a wearer along outer edges of the gastrocnemius muscles, and the second strong tightening portion is coupled to the first strong tightening portions and extends through the inside of the wearer's lower leg and thigh to a position of the wearer's crotch. Also, a first mesh portion having a tightening force weaker than the tightening force of the strong tightening portion is formed in a section surrounded by the first strong tightening portions.

Abstract: The present invention is a comforter style baby bag that has a main body with an open end, two side zippers and two offset leg receiving tubes. The offset aspect allows room along the side of the main body for the parent to comfortably slide their arm into the bag to check the child or adjust the child's legs or extract/install the child. The offset aspect also serves to secure and support the child in a stroller. The side zippers help accommodate the changing of the child's upper garments while still in the comforter.

Abstract: An improved protective knitted glove assembly includes a knitted glove and two or more non-coplanar arrays of printed guard plates. The guard plates are small, regularly-spaced, generally uniform thickness, non-overlapping, hard polymer material members arranged in a predetermined pattern having an area parallel to a surface of the glove with major and minor dimensions. The major dimension to minor dimension aspect ratio of the guard plates is between about 3 and 1. The overall abrasion resistance of the glove assembly is substantially greater than an abrasion resistance of the knitted glove without the guard plates.

Abstract: Shorts comprising a rear face and a front face (10, 12) having a fly (18). The shorts further include a waistband (20) integral with the front and rear faces, the waistband extending between first and second ends (20a, 20b) placed on either side of the fly. A tab (22) extends the first end (20a) as far as a free end (23) and is placed so as to cover the second end (20b) of the waistband. The tab has a self-gripping strip (24) placed facing a complementary self-gripping strip integral with the second end (20b) of the waistband. Abstract: The invention relates to a garment fastener having a relatively-similar function to that of a standard belt. The inventive fastener is characterised in that it only acts on part of the waist of the garment, for example the fastener may be stretched between two garment straps, the fastening effect being completed by the rest of the garment at waist level. For said purpose, the invention comprises a central body (1) which consists of an ornamental element and which can be of any configuration, type or design. Two fastening or coupling elements (3), such as cords, are solidly connected to the ends of the aforementioned body and are passed through a pair of straps (4?) on the garment, e.g. trousers (5), folded behind the central body (1) and fixed to one another by means of tying (6) or similar, such that the straps (4?) are pulled and the trousers (5) are tightened around the user's body.

The flush actuator assembly includes a valve actuator having a first end, a second end, and an aperture extending therebetween. The aperture is adapted to surround at least a portion of the relief valve post. Movement of the valve actuator in a first direction engages the relief valve post at a first location on the post and displaces the relief valve post by a first separation distance. Movement of the valve actuator in a second direction engages the relief valve post at a second location on the post and displaces the relief valve post by a second separation distance. The first separation distance and the second separation distance are different.

Abstract: A sump for a swimming pool or spa includes a grate having an elongated slot for inflow of water at a low velocity high flow rate. A housing of relatively large capacity includes an outlet for conveying water to an oversized suction line to maintain the low velocity high flow rate to the junction with a conventionally sized standard suction line in fluid communication with a suction pump. A bypass line in fluid communication with the water in the pool or spa discharges water into the housing when the slot is sufficiently covered to prevent satisfying the flow rate into the suction line demanded by the pump and thereby prevent a level of suction at the slot sufficient to entrap clothing or a body part of a swimmer against the grate. The grate, a frame supporting the grate on the housing and the housing are devoid of elements that might cause entanglement of hair drawn into the sump.

When there is an emergency, a user pulls on a pivotal handle to puncture membranes in the hoses and to lower the tray assembly to cause flow from the bags to the nozzles to the user's face.

The tool is configured with a plurality of attachments, including a scraper and stuffer blade attachment so that a cook can efficiently scrape food waste materials from dishes, pans, etc. into a sink. The tool can be used to gather the food waste materials from the sink and push them into a disposal. Other attachments include a scrub pad, a brush, and a peeler. The sink disposal multipurpose tool can be returned to its storage position in and above the disposal well where it effectively stops utensils, etc. from entering the disposal unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a composition for dyeing keratin fibers, for example, human keratin fibers such as the hair, comprising at least one first oxidation base chosen from 2,3-diamino-6,7-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-one and the addition salts thereof, at least one second oxidation base chosen from para-phenylenediamines, at least one coupler chosen from meta-aminophenols and at least one oxidizing agent, the pH of the composition ranging from 5.5 to 7.5.
