Abstract: A method of manufacturing a coil assembly unit comprises steps of coil forming, weaving, compressing steps. In the forming step, each coil wire is formed which provides linear portions and turn potions each connecting linear portions, during which bent portions are formed at both ends of each linear portion, the bent portions being bent so that mutually adjacent linear portions are deviated from each other. In the weaving step, the coil wires are mutually woven in turn, in which the turn portions intersect in turn. All the coil wires are subjected to the weaving step in turn to produce a woven coil assembly. In the compressing step, the woven coil assembly is compressed by compressing the woven coil so that each bent portion is deformed to be linear to allow the mutually adjacent linear portions to come closer to each other, thus producing the coil assembly unit.

The footwear orthotic and/or the at least two removable inserts are composed of a nano-silver copolymer being copolymer with silver nano-particles therein. In one aspect, the copolymer is a thermoplastic elastomer. The nano-silver copolymer has anti-microbial effects and ensures biocompatibility with known undesirable microorganisms. Corresponding manufacturing processes prepare the silver nano-particles with a silver nitrate solution and a sodium borohydride solution and add the silver nano-particles to a master batch and a base material to form the nano-silver copolymer in a mold cavity. The mold cavity may be constructed to form the nano-silver footwear orthotic and/or a removable insert therein. Alternatively, the nano-silver copolymer may be formed within the nano-silver footwear orthotic itself to form a removable insert.

Abstract: An omni-directional display technology allows for obtaining better display effect and more rational dynamical structure through adopting the assembly of two or more rotating and symmetrical configurable structure of display which is fitted with a blankoff device, comprising: one chassis (12), one rotating display part consisting of a display (1) which is fitted with a blankoff device (3) in front of the display plane, and one vertical rotary driving device (11) fitted on the chassis. This driving device is connected to the rotating display part, comprised of two or more displays which are equipped with blankoff devices and distributed around the vertical axial line, which will, when driven by the vertical rotary driving device, rotate around a vertical axial line (L) and thus realize omni-directional display. This display system is featured by high display brightness, low rotating speed, fine integrity, rational dynamical structure, safe and reliable running, and other advantages.
