Abstract: A weatherstrip 7 has a hollow shape formed by a base 13 to be inserted between opposed engagement parts 11 and 12 of a retainer 6 and a seal part 14 to come into contact with a surface of a door glass 5 facing a cabin. A center portion of the base 13 has a substantially V shape in cross section projecting toward the cabin. When the center portion of the base 13 comes in elastic contact with the retainer 6 to be subjected to a counterforce from the retainer 6, both side rims of the weatherstrip 7 are pressed against an automobile body or side rims of the retainer 6 with the base 13 interposed therebetween.

Abstract: The method includes dispersing copper or other material ions through the water receiving area of a gutter guard for the prevention of moss or mold growth. The method includes the utilization of thread(s) sewn into or embroidered onto or otherwised affixed to or immediately preceding the water receiving areas of a gutter guard, such thread(s) being comprised of moss killing materials. The thread(s) comprise only a portion of the water receiving area, so if corrosive elements form and wash over the water receiving area, they will be in sufficient amounts to kill moss but not in so great an amount as to clog any water receiving apertures. The method includes the utilization of staples or other objects comprised of copper or other moss killing materials fastened to or adhered or welded to the body or water receiving areas of a gutter guard or areas immediately preceding such.

Abstract: A rotary conditioning header has upright end panels that project forwardly from opposite ends of the rotary cutter bar. A top panel structure spans the end panels across their upper ends to define a crop receiving space between the end panels and beneath the top panel structure that is open at the front to define a mouth into the header. An upright rotary shear on at least one of the ends panels is located within the crop receiving space at the edge of the mouth but is exposed at the front such that its forwardmost cutting extremity is generally aligned with but underneath a transverse lean bar across the front edge of the top panel structure. The rotary shear severs and separates tangled crop stalks in the vicinity of the end panel to enable the stalks to be properly acted upon by the lean bar and received into the mouth.
