The zipper slider also includes a pulling member integrally formed with the upper wing, the pulling member having at least one wall(s) on the upper wing each having a substantially closed aperture therethrough, wherein the at least one wall(s) is longitudinally disposed on the top surface of the upper wing and the at least one substantially closed aperture(s) forms a transverse channel.

Abstract: A versatile walking cane that has an adjustable length and a jaw-grip. The walking cane includes a trigger that can be actuated to mechanically operate the jaw-grip from an open to a closed position. In the closed position, the jaw-grip is retracted into the interior of the cane and does not obstruct the use of the cane for walking. The cane includes an interface for receiving additional tools and an illumination source.

Abstract: An umbrella is formed of an elongated shaft having a first end and an opposite second end and a runner slidably disposed about the elongated shaft. The umbrella includes a rib assembly including a plurality of ribs that are attached to the runner by a plurality of struts that move between open and closed positions. In accordance with the present invention, the elongated shaft has a cross-sectional shape defined by a plurality of curved sections and a plurality of planar sections interspersed between the plurality of curved sections for providing increased torsional strength to the elongated shaft. At least one of the ribs can have a cross-sectional shape defined by a plurality of curved sections and a plurality of planar sections interspersed between the plurality of curved sections for providing increased torsional strength to the at least one rib.

Abstract: The collapsible case of the present invention may be used for umbrellas, glasses, electronic gadgets and devices, cosmetic bags, men's and women's bags, for the storage of keys, and other uses. The case has flexible part that can extend increasing the inside volume of the case and can collapse thus reducing the volume, which makes it convenient to keep the case. A special design of the flexible portions is described.

Abstract: Generally suitcases, or other articles of luggage, can be divided into ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ constructions. Both kinds of cases have their advantages, but each has its own disadvantages. An article of luggage is disclosed comprising a first portion and a second portion connected by a hinge arrangement, each of the first and second portions including a lower structural assembly (6,10) comprising a shell and an upper structural assembly (8,12) comprising a framework provided with a covering (50), the lower structural assembly and the upper structural assembly being secured together by stitching. Such an article of luggage has as an advantage that the lower structural assembly (6,10) provides stability for wheel fixings (30) and for location of a retractable towing handle assembly (74), while the upper structural assembly provides for a light-weight construction.

Abstract: A cooler having an integrated table for providing added surface area on which objects could be supported without obstructing access to the lid of the cooler includes a cooler base having an integrated receptacle area, handle, a plurality of cup holders, a plurality of wheels, and a tow handle, as well as a lift off top lid and a hingedly attached integrated table. While the cooler base and top lid are constructed and operate substantially as conventional coolers, the integrated table is configured to selectively lift up from the top of the cooler base, moving between a closed position and an deployed. In operation, when the integrated table is placed in the deployed position, it provides a flat horizontal support surface positioned such that the top lid of the cooler can be opened and closed without requiring the objects on the integrated table to be moved.

The first shell includes a bottom plate and two or more side walls positioned on opposite ends of the bottom plate. The bottom plate and the two or more side walls cooperatively define a receiving cavity configured to receive the portable electronic device. The second shell is fastened to a side of the bottom plate away from the side walls via the connecting members.

Abstract: The invention features a bag apparatus enabling the sequestration of different items within the same bag and the sequestration of the bag from being dirtied or damaged when placed within another bag or suitcase. The apparatus contemplates an outer bag apparatus with an inner bag apparatus which may be secured within the outer bag apparatus. The inner bag apparatus may be secured within the outer bag apparatus in a variety of ways and may have multiple sections for further item sequestration. The invention also contemplates the use of the inner bag apparatus to protect and outer bag from damage, dirt or sequestration from other items.

Articles of luggage are disclosed incorporating a variety of manipulation means 20 by which a user may manoeuvre an article of luggage 2 from a first position to a second position, the manipulation means 20 being provided on or over a top or side panel of the article of luggage, the manipulation means being provided with at least two gripping regions, the gripping regions being disposed along different axes to one another.

Abstract: A luggage handle system having a single-to-double tube structure or a “T”-grip affixed to an inverted “U”-frame structure. The structure of the luggage handle system allows for a user to apply sufficient torque to the luggage to maneuver it effectively, while providing a handle that is easy to hold, ergonomic, and comfortable to the luggage user.

Abstract: Provided is a hair styler including: a hand-grip to which a power wire is connected and which has a switch for turning on and off the power; a heating part which is continuously mounted at one side of the hand-grip to emit heat when a user makes hair styling; and a hairstyling part which is combined with the heating part, is fixed by mounting bolts, and is formed by insert-molding of metal and synthetic resin to easily transfer heat for doing hairstyling. The hair styler can fix up even severely curly hair by heat because hair is put between the hairstyling elements while moving in a state where one side of the hairstyling bodies of the hairstyling part gets in contact with the scalp, and can make hairstyling that the user wants using hair styling products.

A main body holds the plurality of cosmetic cartridges and includes a base with depressions which include a lower magnet therein and which receive the cosmetic cartridges, locking mechanisms which interface with the annular groove of the cartridges to lock the cartridges within the depressions, and an outer case movable relative to the main body which has a pressable button that unlocks the locking mechanism from the cartridge. A removable cap covers the main body, the cartridges, and the standard cosmetics. A selector tube extends through an aperture in the cap to remove the cartridge when the button is pressed and the locking mechanism is unlocked.

Abstract: An improved beverage holder, for receiving a container or vessel, which is thermally insulative, connected to a lanyard for wear around the neck or to be hung from an object making the apparatus self-balancing. The device consists of an insulated sleeve with a lanyard attached to either side. In the middle of the lanyard is a standard length-adjustment device for shortening or lengthening the lanyard as the user desires.

Abstract: A shoulder strap pack is provided for carrying school supplies, camping equipment, tools or the like. At least one of the pack straps includes a loop or sleeve cooperatively engaging at least one of the pack straps. The loop or sleeve includes a resealable compartment for storing a hood or a portion of a hood therein. To use the hood, the user opens the compartment in the backpack strap loop or sleeve, and pulls out an attached hood or portion of a hood. The entire hood may be disposed within a compartment formed in a single sleeve or a pair of mating sleeves may be secured to opposing straps of a backpack, wherein each sleeve include a mated portion or half of the attached hood which can be joined via a connecting means such as a zipper. After use, the hood can be stored in the compartment of the sleeve of the pack strap. The hood may include a tie for fastening the hood around the user's head and under the chin.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a removably attachable tourniquet holster comprising: wings hingeably attached to a back panel wherein the wings can be folded inward and removably attached to each other to define a slot for receiving a strap attached to an article; side support wings hingeably attached to the back panel; and, a front panel removably attached to the side support wings to define a tourniquet compartment for receiving a tourniquet. The tourniquet allows for a single handed opening of the tourniquet to reveal the tourniquet compartment allowing one handed retrieval of a tourniquet form the tourniquet holster. The tourniquet can be attached in a manner so as to reduce the impact on the existing fasteners of the article for which tourniquet holster is attached.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding a personal security badge has been developed. The holder includes a split ring for attachment to the body of the wearer and a retractable reel connected to the split ring. The retractable reel allows the badge to be extended away from the wearer. The holder also includes a snap connector that is attached to the retractable reel and a clip that clip holds the personal security badge.

Abstract: The double action push broom of the present invention includes a dynamic double action dual brush head and a broom handle. The dynamic double action dual brush head includes two brush heads rotatably attached to a brush head base, allowing the brush heads to independently rotate about the axis in which it is rotatably attached to the brush head base. A mechanical device capable of storing and releasing energy is connected between the two brush heads, which is rigidly attached to the brush head base. The double action push broom stores kinetic energy in the form of potential energy in the mechanical energy storage device of the dynamic double action dual brush head during the sweeping stroke of the double action push broom. At the end of the sweeping stroke, the stored potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and rotates the dual brush, thereby providing an additional sweeping motion.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display panel storing device, comprising: a framework; two support frames, which are opposite to each other and slidably connected to the framework, for supporting a display panel therebetween; and a driving unit for driving the two support frames to move towards or away from each other to change the distance between the two support frames. The display panel storing device can simplify the adjustment procedure, increase efficiency, and reduce manpower cost, and is unnecessary to detect the symmetry of the two support frames.

The raiseable panel can be lowered to the living space below manually or by using a return spring or electrical means. The raiseable panel holds a cabinet, box, or other storage item (105 or 2225). Air space (150) around the cabinet or items insulates it from thermal contact with the closet walls. Alternatively a cabinet is hung from a restraining member (145), or arm (1105), so it can be raised for storage and lowered for access. In this aspect, a bottom panel (110) is secured to the bottom of the cabinet. Optional vents (155) and fan (160) urge circulation between the air space and the living space, reducing temperature extremes in the air space and hence the cabinet. In other aspects, air treatment units (HVAC, dehumidifier, etc.) condition the air within the closet.

Abstract: The present device is directed to a storage product that is modular and adjustable, allowing for ease of storing a variety of sporting goods. Said device uses powder coated round tubing, covered in neoprene which slide into a uniquely designed “U Channel” fabricated rail system made from mild steel which is also powder coated, that is rugged, durable and allows the round tubing complete vertical adjustability. The present device generally provides a way to store large sports equipment such that the equipment is held securely away from the ground. A rack of some embodiments may be used to store various types of recreational equipment in an orderly fashion. The supports are optimally angled between 35 and 90 degrees for ease of use and supportability.

The link module includes two links each having a first pivot portion pivotally connected with one of the backrest units and a second pivot portion located opposite to the first pivot portion. Thus, the foldable chair frame is folded in its longitudinal direction and is also folded in its transverse direction to reduce its whole volume to the minimum.
