Abstract: The invention relates to a forefoot cushion (1), in particular for insertion into shoes having heels. The forefoot cushion (1) has a bottom side which can be applied to a shoe and a top side which is positioned opposite the bottom side. The problem addressed by the invention is to improve known forefoot cushions. That problem is solved in that the forefoot cushion (1) has at least one zone (3, 5, 7), each zone (3, 5, 7) being incorporated from the bottom side into the forefoot cushion (1). Moreover, the at least one zone (3, 5, 7) is not visible from the top side of the forefoot cushion (1), so that a flat, not curved surface (9) is achieved in the upper part of the forefoot cushion (1). As a result, one or more metatarsal heads (21) can sink into the zone or zones (3, 5, 7), such that a pressure relief takes place. The invention further relates to a computer program product for quick, simple and individual providing or producing or selecting such a forefoot cushion (1).
