The apparatus comprises an electronic smoking device for delivering a vaporized liquid comprising a frame (200), an air flow path (122), an air inlet, a container (140) for storing a smoking liquid, and a circuit. At least a part of the circuit comprising traces printed on the frame (1306). The method comprises a frame, that can include slots configured for mating with and containing various components of the electronic smoking device. The computer readable medium comprises sections or segments of code that, when executed on a computer, cause the processes described herein to be carried, such as, for example, the process of assembling the electronic smoking device.

Abstract: A multipurpose infant travel blanket and manufacturing method are disclosed. A material is folded such that a first edge and a second edge, opposite the first edge, of the material meet. A zipper, when closed, holds together a part of the first edge and a corresponding part of the second edge. A first seam joins remaining parts of the first and second edges and a second seam is formed along a bottom edge of the material to form a pocket for protecting an infant. Loops are attached to an inner surface of the material, between the edges and folds, and are capable of securing the multipurpose infant travel blanket to an infant travel device. One or more cinch mechanisms formed on the outer surface of the material may be used to resize the pocket.

Abstract: A brassiere formed of an inner garment base, memory foam, a pair of under supports, and an outer fabric cover. The under support is rigid and has varying width and differing radii to accommodate the bottom portion shape of a natural breast or a breast implant, which is not a perfect semi-circle. The under support is positioned such that the foam encapsulates the under support keeping the proximal edge in proximity with bottom portion of the breast tissues or implant and the ribs. The under support has its largest width, thereby the largest contact surface with the implant or breast tissues, closest to the lateral end causing the breast tissues or implant to be supported upward and medially. The under support has openings or anchors extending thereform with openings to allow the foam to surround and go through the under support to secure it in place in the brassiere.

The clothing garment is worn by a user around the neck or any other appropriate position. The heating element emits heat through a body of the clothing garment. The user feels the emitted heat since the clothing garment is in contact with the user. The heating element is powered through the power source which is electrically connected to the heating element through the intensity level controller. The intensity level controller enables the user to control the heat emitted from the heating element such that the heating apparatus can be efficiently used in different conditions.

Abstract: A garment, such as a jacket, having extensible sleeves, is described. The garment has an outer layer comprising a torso portion having two armholes, two sleeve portions, and an optional collar portion. An action back configuration enables the sleeves to extend. An action back has a flange of material at least partially tucked within each of the armholes. An elastic connector couples the two flanges and extends across the back portion of the garment. When a person reaches forward the flanges extend to provide additional material for the extension of the sleeve. In addition, the two sleeves are configured with a gusset having two substantially linear sides connected to the sleeve and a curvilinear side coupled to the armhole. The gusset may have a cut to allow the gusset to stretch. The sleeves comprise a cuff having a thumbhole for maintaining the cuff over the thumb of a wearer.

Abstract: An apparatus comprises a wire mesh that is shaped according to an artificial foliage pattern. The wire mesh is coated with a coating to match a characteristic of the artificial foliage pattern. The coating fills in spaces between the wire mesh to produce a translucent structure in the spaces that filters light. The mesh size, mesh materials, and the type of coating, e.g., type of paint, are selected so that the coating fills in the spaces to produce a translucent structure that is thin yet strong. The thin translucent structure allows light to filter through in a natural manner. A process performs the shaping and coating of the wire mesh.

The wings and headpiece secure snugly around the neck of the wearer for providing support against frontal impact, while the wings separate from the headpiece via a detachable coupling and release control to allow the wearer to exit the vehicle. An earpad can be coupled to the inner surface of the protective shell that comprises an inner surface that further defines a space for an ear of a user. The earpad can further include a leading edge at a front of the helmet, the leading edge extending between the outer surface of the protective shell and the inner surface of the earpad. An air intake opening can be formed at the leading edge of the earpad. An air exhaust opening can be formed at a trailing edge of the earpad. An airflow channel can extend through the earpad between the air intake opening and the air exhaust opening.

Abstract: A toddler and children's shoe with attachable puzzle like pieces. The top front half of the shoe will have an attachment feature such as Velcro and or snaps (FIG. 1), which will allow for different options in attaching and changing out pieces on the shoe. This gives the top of the shoe a new look and can make it fun for children. The covers will go on the whole front half of the shoe, starting at the front of the foot hole to the toes and ending right above the rubber sole edge on the sides of the shoes. There can be puzzle pieces, which can come in four to six pieces (FIGS. 3 & 4). There can also be one cover (FIG. 2) which can be attached onto the top or also two-piece covers (FIG. 3). The puzzle piece concept could help a lot because it is a fun and learning filled concept, by putting the pieces together themselves and creating a picture which they can show everyone the whole day or easily take the pieces off and put on a new one.

Abstract: The disclosed technology includes a multi-layered protective footwear device, and methods of manufacturing and using the protective footwear device. In one implementation, the protective footwear device includes a substrate layer comprising waterproof antimicrobial microfiber material or antibacterial microfiber material sized to the shape of a user's foot with a void space between a big toe region and an index toe region. In one implementation, an adhesive layer comprises a sine wave multi-sectioned design configured to adhere to a user's foot. The protective footwear device can further include a perforated backing layer for sectional removal. The backing layer is configured to cover the adhesive layer until user application. Some implementations of the protective footwear device include extendable adhesive layers, easy removal tabs, traction grips, padding, rubber, or ointment.

A compression plate or insert possessing a second compression value is positioned between the midsole and the outsole. Specifically, the insert is softer, or has a smaller compression value, than the midsole. The outsole wraps around a sole structure such that it contacts the midsole and the insert. The outer surface of the outsole includes a series of treads or traction elements extending along the bottom and sides of the outsole. With this configuration, when the sole structure contacts an uneven topography, the outsole conforms around the topography, stabilizing the footwear during use.

When the cover is moved to a second position, the ratchet mechanism disengages, and the strings can then be easily loosened.

Abstract: Disclosed is a button cover that may be used to cover a button that is provided on the inside of articles of clothing, such as buttons utilized in adjustable children's pants. The button cover is used to protect the wearer's skin from irritation and injury as the button rubs against the wearer's skin. The button cover may have a soft, flexible cover portion and a button engagement means on the back side. Also disclosed is a process for making the button cover according to the present invention.

The storage device is formed by the above material, which can be folded in vertical direction and/or horizontal direction; the storage device has a plurality of cavity-shaped storage chamber. A bag formed by the storage device is disclosed. The material and structure of the present invention has the features of waterproof, light weight, proper hardness, capability to fold, high wearing feature, scratch resistant. The storing spatial pattern of the said storage device could be adjusted when needed; it could effectively protect the stored items. The provided bag could be opened partially, allowing quickly and conveniently access to the stored items, the storage space in the bag is designed for a better protection of stored items.
