Abstract: An improved mobile device case with an embedded card holder is provided. The mobile device case may include a card slot recessed into the back of the case and fitted for insertion of a card, such as a credit card. A flexural binder formed from opposite-facing surfaces molded as part of the case flexes the card widthwise and lengthwise such that the forces resisting flexure exerted by the flexed card hold the card in place. One opposite-facing surface, a retainer, may be connected to non-recessed areas of the back of the case that extends over the recessed slot. Another opposite-facing surface is a raised edge on the recessed surface of the interior back of the case bordering both sides and the rear of the recessed slot.

After a liquid cosmetic material and a porous impregnation member are put into the container to manufacture cosmetics, the container is sealed by a sealing member, so that the porous impregnation member is naturally impregnated with the liquid cosmetic material. This allows the loading or impregnation of the liquid cosmetic material to be rapidly, easily, and simply realized, thus reducing manufacturing cost of the capsule cosmetics. Abstract: Self-adjusting furniture, seating, and accessories disclosed. When the user applies a force to the seating by shifting his or her center of gravity, the backrest and/or seat/bed portions of the seating/furniture move in response to the force to recline or adjust the seating/furniture or accessories. The user can return the seating to an upright position by again shifting his or her center of gravity. The angle of the backrest and/or seat/bed portions can vary relative to the ground as the user moves. Continuously varying the angle of both the backrest and seat/bed portions of the seating/furniture or accessories relative to the ground may improve a user's seating comfort, for example, by decreasing or negating the user's need to shift position on the seat when reclined or continuously responding the user's shift in position.

Abstract: A power lift-recliner chair has a base, seat and backrest sections and actuator for moving the seat and backrest sections. The seat is pivotally mounted with respect to the base section and the backrest section is pivotally mounted with respect to the seat section. A guide is associated with one of the base and the seat sections and at least one follower is associated with the other of the base and the seat sections. The guide is arcuate for relative pivoting with respect to the base about a pivot axis located at the centre of curvature of the guide. The base section includes a pair of side panels on lateral sides of the chair. The seat includes a pair of side members, adjacent the side panels, which carry the guide or follower associated with the seat section.

Abstract: A modular furniture assembly comprising first and second members (e.g., base and transverse member) may have convenient dual coupling mechanisms, for example, a magnetic coupling mechanism and a mechanical (e.g., hook and loop) coupling mechanism. The first member and/or second member may include a fabric or other cover over a foam or other body (e.g., fabric over foam, or other cover over a skeleton). Either or both members may include a rigid core (e.g., a board, skeleton, etc.). The coupling mechanisms may be such as to not detract from any soft, cushioned characteristics of a fabric over foam construction, if such is provided. The coupling structure in the first member and/or the second member may be tethered to the rigid core of the particular member to reduce tenting of the fabric or other cover of the first member and/or the second member as the tethered coupling structure is pulled.

Abstract: A director's chair includes cross members of generally rectilinear U-shapes, frame side assemblies pivotally attached to the cross members, and back support members pivotally connected by recline pivot brackets to the respective frame side assemblies for movement between an upright position and a plurality of pre-defined recline positions. A cross bar of one cross member is substantially longer than a cross bar of the other cross member. The cross members are centrally pivotally attached for folding from a generally X-shaped set up condition to a generally flat and mutually nested collapsed condition. In the set up condition of the cross members the frame side assemblies are transversely spaced apart. In the collapsed condition of the cross members the frame side assemblies are adjacent and nested within the cross members. Recline adjust brackets are affixed to the frame side assemblies, and elbow pads are hingedly connected with the back support members.

At least one pair of lateral air bladder regions extend from opposed sides of the at least one central bladder region. The at least one pair of lateral air bladder regions are oriented at a non-zero angle to incline laterally and support a thoracic region of a seat occupant. A seat assembly is provided with a seat back with a contact surface with a thoracic region. An air bladder assembly is oriented within the thoracic region of the seat back with a support surface that is reclined relative to the contact surface to provide support, and wedge-shaped so that during inflation the air bladder assembly inflates in an upward and forward direction relative to the seat back.
