Abstract: Systems or methods for anatomy warping a garment are provided. Anatomy warping is any deliberate manipulation of a garment's seams, pockets, and/or other construction lines and/or details in order to change the perceived shape of a wearer of the garment toward a desired appearance. Additionally, the garments that result from use of these systems and methods for anatomy warping are also provided.

Abstract: A neck flap cover with integrated pocket constructed for appending to hats with a headband. A hat with a headband constructed with a neck flap cover and integrated pocket strategically affixed to the rear portion of the headband of a hat. The flap cover includes a pocket designed for retaining a flat article of wearers' choice. The flap cover includes a support layer of fabric, of one or more layers, an intermediate layer of fabric, and a pocket layer of fabric. The flap cover declines from the centralized rear portion of the headband, traverses between the ears of a wearer, descends the neck longitudinally and is designed to fall above the collar bone of the wearer.

Abstract: A construction for a glove or other article of clothing for use in hazardous environments is disclosed, comprising a first layer comprising a laminate that includes an inner layer comprising a woven, nonwoven, or knit material, an intermediate layer comprising a barrier to the passage therethrough of liquids that overlies the inner layer, and a thermal layer affixed to and overlying the intermediate layer in at least a portion of a bridge area. The thermal layer is approximately 0.30 mm thick. The construction also includes a second layer attached to and overlying the first layer to form an outer portion for the glove or other article of clothing. The first layer and the second layer combined provides a thermal protection performance (TPP) of at least approximately 75% greater than a reference combination of the first and the second layer that does not include the thermal layer.

Abstract: Aspects herein are directed to a modesty head cover for use during, for instance, athletic activities. The head cover is formed from a three-panel construction, where unaffixed perimeter edges of the three panels collectively define a face opening and a bottom margin of the head cover. The shaping of the pattern pieces used to form the head cover, and the subsequent seams joining the different panels are selected to produce a flattering fit without fabric bunching while still providing modesty coverage.

The substrate material forming a body-receiving portion and a limb-receiving portion extending from the body-receiving portion, whereby the body-receiving portion includes a first opening sized for circumscribing a neck of the wearer and the limb-receiving portion includes a second opening sized for circumscribing a limb of the wearer. A flocking material is arranged adjacent the inner surface of the substrate material proximate at least one of the first opening and the second opening.

The weft is spirally wrapped around the elastic band so that the weft completely encases the helical elastic band and allows the helical elastic band to move between an enlarged configuration and a contracted configuration. The helical elastic band is biased to the contracted configuration.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and apparatus for integration of hair extensions or other integrations into a user's natural hair. According to the present disclosure, an adhesive means, such as a magnet, Velcro, or snaps, is used to integrate hair extensions seamlessly with user hair. The magnetic nature of the adhesion allows for simple hair decorations, such as flowers, to be attached with minimal effort.

Abstract: An adjustable connector strap may include two interlocking bodies, wherein one body includes a plurality of teeth located along opposing edges, and the other body includes a plurality of notches located along opposing edges. The user may select the number of teeth that are mated with the notches to adjust the size of the strap. The use of interlocking teeth and notches along the opposed edges of the strap bodies may enhances the ability of the strap to maintain its interlocking strength during tension loads. The teeth and notch engagement may also allow a user to quickly engage or disengage the strap bodies, thereby enhancing the ease-of-use of the strap.

Abstract: A beverage dispensing headwear having an umbrella affixed thereto. A pair of container holders is affixed on opposing sides of a helmet. A three-way valve is fastened to the helmet, wherein a first and second intake tube are fluidly connected to the three-way valve on a proximal end and are configured to be inserted into a container held within one of the container holders on a distal end. An output tube is also fluidly connected to the three-way valve on a proximal end of the output tube. The output tube extends below the rim of the helmet at a distal end, wherein the distal end of the output tube is configured to be sucked on by a user. Abstract: An impact protective structure including a plurality of individual impact members assembled in a scaled and/or overlapped configuration. As a result, upon impact, an individual flexible impact member bends and spreads the impact to adjacent, overlapping impact members to gradually slow the acceleration to a stop. An advantage of the present scaled configuration of impact members provide a gradual deceleration during impact, therefore, improving the protection of a user's body. The base or receiver of the impact members is rigid, and can be a separate from the impact members. A further advantage of the present invention is that the impact members can be configured in a curved structure, doubly-curved structure, and planar structure.

Further the helmet comprises a facemask for prevent concussions by absorbing the energy from an impact and redirecting the energy across the structure of the helmet shell. The embodiment comprises a helmet shell with elongated cheek guards and an elongated rear neck guard which follows the contour of the user's shoulder line and continues sufficiently below the head of said user to cover the rear neck of the user. These additions help prevent concussions by providing a larger surface of protection to especially weak areas that are prone to injury such as the rear of the neck and the lower jaw line.

A magnetorheological fluid impregnates the foamed material and is alternated between a first state wherein the foamed material is bendable and a second state wherein the magnetorheological fluid forms a rigid structure within the foamed material such that the foamed material is not bendable. The lining forms a rigid and supportive shell when the magnetorheological fluid is in the second state. An actuating system alters the magnetorheological fluid from the first state to the second state when a condition has been met. The condition is met when the actuating system detects a combination of a threshold angle and a threshold pressure has been surpassed by the sole.

More specifically, each corner of the collapsible luggage contains a rigid panel which is foldable with respect to a base of the luggage. At least two opposing rigid panels have a corner portion of the panel exposed, allowing those panels to be folded downward first with respect to the other two rigid panels. The zippered top panel for the collapsible luggage can be extended over a top of the collapsible luggage to secure the collapsible luggage in the collapsed position.
