Abstract: A work platform and material wrapper for a supply of tiles or shingles is provided. The work platform includes an underlying base and an upright member. The base is for supporting the supply and has a front side, a top surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface is disposed intermediate of the front side and the top surface. The upright member extends from an end of the front side. The base and the upright member form a storage bay configured to support the supply in a substantially horizontal position away from the roof surface. The material wrapper includes a midsection and four or more branches. Each branch includes a base connected to the midsection and a top flap connected to the base opposite the midsection. The base further includes at least one side flap configured and arranged to mate with an adjacent side flap on an adjacent base.

Abstract: The present invention is a furnituretop backstop device to use on a raised horizontal surface of a piece of furniture that includes a vertical wall backing that is in contact with a wall, a horizontal overlap surface that is fitted between the furniture and the wall that is perpendicularly attached to the vertical wall backing and a plurality of bolts inserted into the furniture to balance and support the horizontal overlap surface. There is also a plurality of hooks or rings that are inserted into the wall to hold and support the vertical wall backing and one or more slits to allow any electrical cords or wires to run through the furnituretop backstop device.

Abstract: An adjustable table system featuring a table, a brace slidably attached to the bottom of the table, and a pedestal extending downwardly from the brace. A wall plate for attaching to a wall is slidably attached to a side edge of the table such that the table can slide in a with respect to the wall. A portion of the wall plate with protrusions extends downwardly below the bottom of the table. A shaft mounted to the table via a mount can move between a first position wherein the first end of the shaft is inserted into a protrusion and a second position wherein the first end of the shaft is out of the protrusion. The spring-loaded mount biases the shaft in the first position. When the first end of the shaft is out of the protrusions the table can slide side to side with respect to the wall.

Abstract: A pallet assembly includes a top deck having a top deck upper surface and a top deck lower surface and also having a first predetermined fire retardancy. A bottom deck having a bottom deck upper surface and a bottom deck lower surface, and also having a second predetermined fire retardancy. A column extending between the top deck and bottom deck, the column having an other fire retardancy lower than at least one of the first and second fire retardancies.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for lactation accommodation with a product table that utilizes in one locale the combination of a chair, counter, sink, splash guards and anti-microbial surfaces to construct lactation support for nursing mothers that meets food handling and health care standards. A vertical splash guard is placed between the pump table space and the sink table space to reduce splash from the sink onto the counter. The system includes a sink with countertop hole to accommodate a hands-free faucet with or without water temperature control levers, but has no other holes or seams that will permit microbial growth. The lactation accommodation comes in two sizes, one non-handicap accommodation with shorter length countertop spaces, and a second handicap accessible accommodation with longer countertop space and is wheelchair accessible. The apparatus includes a chair attached to the table or floor so that it cannot be removed from the installation.

Abstract: A folding workbench includes a work surface pivotally mounted to a wall for movement between a raised, horizontal use position and a lowered, vertical storage position. The workbench includes a pair of legs which are pivotally mounted at opposite ends to the wall and to the work surface. Each leg includes a knee joint. The legs are straight when the work surface is up and bent when the work surface is down. A lock prevents the legs from accidentally folding when the work surface is in the raised, use position.

Abstract: A shelf unit configured to be supported between a towel bar and a wall includes a tray and an end bracket extending downward adjacent each end edge of the tray. Each of the end brackets includes a mounting block and a spring extending forward from the end block to engage the towel bar.

In an embodiment with two or more panels, the panels form a continuous surface by, for example, being positioned adjacent one another along the platform support element, being secured to one another such as with a coupling, and/or being secured to the platform support element. Optionally, the panels are positioned along the platform support element and the length of the platform support element is such that the suspension posts clamp the panels in adjacency.

Abstract: A preferred embodiment of an improved mobile workstation comprising a work surface that is attached at one end to a curved, sound-absorbing partition. At the other end, the work surface is fitted with a fixed support leg opposite the partition. A pair of locking wheels is positioned at the base of the partition, thus providing the workstation with mobility. When movement of the mobile workstation is desired, a user unlocks the wheels, lifts the work surface at the opposite end closest to the support leg and moves the workstation like a wheelbarrow. After the mobile workstation is guided to the appropriate location and desired position, the work surface is lowered and the wheels are locked.

Abstract: An aircraft table system includes a table member configured to move reversibly from an undeployed position to a deployed position, coupled to a movable sled member. The system may further include one or more rollers in conjunction with one or more guide rails to facilitate the motion of the sled member. The system may further include a spine member with one or more holes in conjunction with one or more bolts and one or more cables to hold the sled and table members in place. The system may further include a spine member in conjunction with one or more spring reel elements and one or more cables to impart an assisting or resisting force on the sled member.

Abstract: An aircraft table system includes a table member coupled to a sled member. When the table member is adjusted to a partially deployed position, movable bolts on the sled member are received by holes in a spine member such that the sled member and the coupled table member are supported by the spine member on the received bolts. Cables may be coupled between the bolts and the table member such that when the table member is adjusted from a deployed position to an undeployed position, the bolts are pulled from the corresponding holes in the spine member, freeing the sled member to move relative to the spine member.

Abstract: A universal TV support and mounting kit allows the consumer to employ any of the three modes of support, namely stand mount, console mount and wall mount. The console mount incorporates a vertical spine and a cantilever arm to support the television over the console. A mounting frame is provided that can be attached to the cantilever arm or to a wall. Abstract: The present invention allows a drill press operator to quickly and securely clamp different objects to a drill press or mill with simple handheld C-clamps or standard C-clamps. Abstract: The present invention relates to outdoor grill accessories, and more particularly, a foldable worktable attachment for an outdoor grill that includes a large table area that is interconnected to a lower shelf by two sets of foldable legs. When in an erect position, the table provides ample space for preparing foods and the like, but when in a collapsed position, the table lies flush against one of the sides of the grill housing, thus, enclosing the lower shelf and supporting legs that are folded and stored between the table and a recessed area included in the grill housing.

Abstract: An overhead storage system includes support beams forming a frame to a deck around its perimeter and four corner vertical mounts for suspending the deck from a ceiling. The frame is preferably made of Z-shaped beams supported by vertical L-shaped corner supports to provide strong support for a deck. The Z-shaped beams provide strength and a horizontal surface on which a deck can be rested. A welded wire deck can be strengthened by bonding it to ribs. In some embodiments, center supports can preferably be positioned anywhere along the length of the support beams, and do not require holes in the beams for mounting. The beams are preferably connected to the vertical corner brackets without using threaded fasteners, thereby making the assembly easier for assembly by a homeowner.

Optionally, a work platform is pivotable between usage and storage positions, and the brackets are pivotable between a deployed position supporting the platform in the usage position and a storage position allowing the platform to move to the storage position. Optionally, a mounting rail and at least one hook removably mountable on the rail may be provided. The hook may have a stabilizer tab that stabilizes the hook with respect to the rail.

Abstract: A shower corner seat assembly is made up of a seat plate and supporting bracket frame. To fit in the corner, the seat is generally triangular like most others, but with the corner tip of the triangle cut away leaving a four-sided shape. Other minor modifications to true triangularity may also be present. The frame follows the contour of the seat and it, too, is formed to match the corner opening of the seat plate, leaving the framework to be more or less “U”-shaped with the arms of the “U” bent inward tending to somewhat follow the sides of the seat plate. Their ends are, in fact, bent even farther inward so they have to be forced or sprung outward to attach the frame to the shower wall. The openness of the frame near the shower corner makes this possible. The seat plate is then attached to it.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for suspending an appliance from a plurality of support members which depend from overhead beams and structures of a building. A lower frame has a base with side walls extending from the base and joined to form a fluid tight container. The base has sufficient strength to support the appliance thereon when the lower frame is suspended from the support members and all the weight of the appliance is carried by the base. At least three connectors are provided, each fastened to at least one of the side walls and base. Each connector removably fastens to a different one of the support members. An upper frame can be fastened to the depending support members to further stabilize the frame. Straps can encircle the appliance to stabilize the appliance on the frame.

One of the planar portions is coupled to a support frame such that the folded table can be moved into a stowed position within the support frame assembly. The planar portions comprise a proximal portion or inner member and a distal portion or outer member. The proximal portion and distal portion are connected to one another by the hinging member or middle member. The hinging member enables the rotation of the distal portion into a folded relationship upon the proximal portion. When the two planar portions are folded, they provide a smaller table surface in a half-open or partially extended position. When the two planar portions are opened along the hinging member, the planar portions and the hinging member provide a larger contiguous table in the fully extended position.

Abstract: The present invention is an inflatable lap desk that includes an inflatable body and at least one attachable activity sheet. The inflatable body includes a predetermined shape when inflated, a top side, a bottom side, a front side, a rear side, a left side, a right side, a chamber, and at least one valve. The activity sheet has sufficient flexibility for being placed in a first position and in a second position, and is adapted for being removably secured about the top side of the inflatable body. The activity sheet is adapted for providing at least one activity for a user. In another embodiment, the present invention is a kit that includes an inflatable body, at least one attachable activity sheet, and a storage container. Each of these embodiments may further include at least one cup holder, at least one utility tool holder, and a pair of securing straps.

Abstract: A removable tray assembly is disclosed for use with a tripod or easel. The tray assembly includes a shelf having a back edge, a front edge, and two side edges. The tray assembly also includes a pair of support tabs spaced from the back edge of the shelf by respective slots. The removable tray is attached to two legs of the tripod, with one leg passing through each slot. The support tabs contact the side of the tripod legs opposite the shelf and thereby support the shelf in a cantilever fashion.

Abstract: An adjustable equipment curb has upper and lower frames, each having opposed first and second length-adjustable sides and opposed length-adjustable first and second ends interconnectable to form a rigid frame and height-adjustable mounting legs. The lower frame may be used alone, or may support the upper frame through a shock mount system having mounts affixed to both the upper and lower frames and shock absorbing springs between the mounts. The frames may be formed of interconnecting channel members, and the lower frame channel members may be of a perforated construction that, in conjunction with applied sheathing, provides acoustic damping. Seismic brackets may be affixed to the either of the frames to provide resist seismic shock and developed moment resistance.
