    Abstract: The present disclosure generally comprises a heated showerhead assembly that may be used to supply processing gases into a processing chamber. The processing chamber may be an etching chamber. When processing gas is evacuated from the processing chamber, the uniform processing of the substrate may be difficult. As the processing gas is pulled away from the substrate and towards the vacuum pump, the plasma, in the case of etching, may not be uniform across the substrate. Uneven plasma may lead to uneven etching. To prevent uneven etching, the showerhead assembly may be separated into two zones each having independently controllable gas introduction and temperature control. The first zone corresponds to the perimeter of the substrate while the second zone corresponds to the center of the substrate. By independently controlling the temperature and the gas flow through the showerhead zones, etching uniformity of the substrate may be increased.

The repair method includes step S2 of removing a damaged part 11 from the front side so as to pass through in the thickness direction while leaving a support wall protruding inward in the radial direction from the periphery of the top face of the frustum-shaped portion; step S3 of sealing the back side by placing a sealing plate, which is inserted from the front side into a through hole formed by the removing step, on the support wall; step S5 of placing the repair material through an adhesive on the composite material where the frustum-shaped portion has been removed; and step S6 of evacuating in a state in which the front side is sealed.

This system and method provides an efficient and inexpensive alternative to replacing the entire vehicle control panel. The marked identifier on the label appears substantially identical to the manufacturer's original identifier.     Abstract: A system and method for repairing a screen for use in the paper mill industry consists in using a small circular-shaped die or rotary cutter to cut through a multilayer wire. A first, small diameter punch die is used to cut through all of the damaged layers and then, each successive punch die is configured with a larger diameter and a flange that makes it go less deeply so that it cuts all but the bottom most damaged layer. The process is repeated for each layer with increasing diameter punch dies so that each hole is larger in diameter. In doing so, it is easy to reach the bottom most layer from the top, put in a patch and micro weld it and then move up to the next layer and still having room for the welding because of a larger hole still on the layer above it.
